Get comfortable and just take a moment to settle and just take a look around the room out of the window with just a soft gaze.
Then gently closing your eyes,
Maybe placing your hands onto your heart.
Take a beautiful breath in and take a sigh and let go,
Let out all the air.
Take a breath in and exhale.
Take another beautiful breath in,
Take in in this new morning and take a breath out and just drop back into your own natural,
Easy rhythm.
Just being aware of your breath.
Feeling the warmth of your hands on your heart,
Connecting to your heart.

Just rub your hands gently and place them over your eyes.
Absorb the warmth and feel that penetrate through your eyes,

Then gently open your fingers,
Allow the light to crack through your fingers.
And slide your hands gently over your scalp and gently start to massage your scalp.
Over your forehead,
Around your eyes,
Back over the back of the head and the neck,
Massaging your neck and your shoulders.
Stroke your right arm down with your left hand,
All the way down to your fingers,
Up the palm of your hand,
Back towards your chest.
Then your right hand over your left chest,
Down your left arm to your fingers,
Up the palm back up towards your chest,
Resting back onto your heart.
