This course is the result of a time when Celia sought a manual for understanding the human body, mind and heart. It is the last in a series of seven short courses through the chakras, embodying the life lessons that transformed her world. These are the very lessons that she deeply needed during her teenage years when she had no mentor to provide guidance. Over time, these lessons evolved into a book called The Champagne Chakra, and The Champagne Chakra Journal Series to help people answer the questions they didn’t even know to ask. These writings have now expanded into this series of short courses here on Insight Timer.
Celia's life journey has been shaped by a deep curiosity about how we can all experience life in the most joyful and expansive ways. The concept of being connected through a vast energy field has long fascinated her, dating back to her days of teaching others how to grow food in Canada, California, and Indonesia. With a Master’s Degree in Human Security and Peacebuilding, as well as certifications in Yoga, Reiki, HeartMath, Brain Story, Instinctive Meditation for Teens, The Emotion Code, Tantra, Radiance Sutra Meditation, and Conscious Reading, Celia draws from a diverse range of knowledge to enrich this series....
