Welcome,

Beautiful mother.

This is a quiet moment just for you.

A space to soften,

Release,

And return to yourself.

There is nothing you have to do.

Just breathe.

Just be.

Let your shoulders drop.

Let your breath arrive.

Let your love lead the way.

Come in close.

This is a soft space for the part of you that has carried guilt quietly,

Bravely,

And far too long.

You may not even realize how heavy it's been.

The little regrets,

The unspoken should-haves,

The weight of love twisted into self-blame.

This moment is not about perfection.

Let's lay guilt down.

You are deeply loved.

Let's begin.

Guilt is not a sign that you've failed.

It's a sign that you care,

That you're trying,

That you love deeply.

But love doesn't require self-punishment.

This clearing is your invitation to release the weight of what-ifs and should-haves,

To soften into grace,

To remember that being human doesn't make you a bad mother.

It makes you a real one.

You've been carrying more than anyone can see.

This is a moment for you.

Not the version of you who holds it all together,

But the one underneath.

The one who has quietly wondered,

Did I cause this?

Did I do enough?

Am I enough?

Place one hand over your heart.

Let the other rest wherever your body needs it the most.

Breathe in and let it sigh out slowly.

You are safe to feel.

You are safe to release.

You are safe to reset.

Today we release all the guilt stored in the body,

The heart,

And the mind.

Guilt that you've spoken out loud and guilt that you've never dared to admit.

Release the guilt for the moments you were impatient,

For the moments you raised your voice,

For the days you were too tired to play,

For the meals you didn't cook,

The stories you didn't read,

The feelings you didn't notice in time.

Release the guilt you inherited from generations of women who carried too much and were never taught to let it go.

Release the guilt of motherhood myths that you should be perfect.

Release guilt you picked up from others' eyes,

Words,

Judgments,

And expectations.

We clear the belief that love requires guilt,

That guilt makes me a better mother,

That carrying it keeps anyone safer.

It does not.

It only weighs you down.

And now you are choosing to lay it down.

My pendulum is spinning for you and I now release this emotional baggage from your body and your energy field.

Guilt.

Impatience.

Shame.

Regret.

Self-judgment.

Inherited guilt.

Absorbed guilt.

The belief that guilt is proof of love.

And the belief that carrying it protects anyone.

We release these from your body,

Your mind,

Your nervous system,

And your energy field.

Release the tension in your chest,

Mother.

The tears that you didn't let fall and the heaviness that you've learned to carry.

Let go of the story that guilt holds over you.

Let go of the pressure to do more,

To be more,

To fix more.

Lay it all down now and call your energy home.

You return to compassion.

You return to love.

And now we invite in love to fill the space cleared.

We fill it with love and we also fill it with self-forgiveness,

Compassion,

Grace,

Acceptance,

Presence.

Warmth.

Peace.

Joy.

Connection.

Radiance.

And always love.

Together we affirm the reset.

Please repeat after me.

I forgive myself for the things I thought I should have known.

I forgive myself for the things I couldn't change.

I am a great mother.

Even when I'm tired.

Even when I feel like I'm failing.

I am love.

And love is always here.

Place your hands gently over your belly or your heart.

Let warmth gather beneath your palms.

Whisper softly to yourself,

You're doing beautifully.

You always were.

You're allowed to feel light now.

Breathe in.

Exhale slowly.

Let the guilt go and let grace fill its space.

You have done something powerful today,

Mother.

You've cleared energy that was never yours to carry.

You've made space for grace to return.

You are not alone.

You are deeply loved.

Take your time now.

Move gently.

Drink water.

Let yourself rest or rise as you feel ready.

The reset is complete and you are held by divine love.
