Practical easy to understand lessons on anger. The topic of anger could go much further but that would be a longer course. A good starter course. Teacher is calm and caring.

I really enjoyed this course. I live the calm and gentle approach to anger, observing it, not trying to get rid of it or solve anything. Just being curious about what it's telling you, and having compassion for when you feel angry. The reassurance as well that anger is a natural emotion, and not wrong in any way.
