The course will introduce, offer in-depth explanation and guide you right from the beginning. Available to all, so no prior experience needed and no special abilities either. AUM chanting is a great way of 'tuning' into balance and harmony, our electro-magnetic field through the chakra system. Background and context is included. The material is offered in a non-sectarian form, so not in reference to religious influences. You will learn via the vowel sound method which is easy and familiar to us since most languages use these phonetics. The course gives clear examples and for you to listen to and practice along with.

What is AUM?
This first module introduces what AUM is, some origin and history, context in modern times and some initial benefits and why we should learn this ancient practice.

Benefits and Can Anyone Learn?
Many folk feel that they are not able to chant since they believe that they cannot sing or tone in true pitch. I go into why this is simply not true and how the practice is available to anyone. Benefits include: Balancing our chakra system and bringing it harmony with our three major levels - emotional, physical and mental. Furthermore, owing to this enhancement of our electro-magnetic condition, we gain in vitality, physical restoration and healing and increased insight and intuition.

Learning The Basic Vowel Sounds
In this lesson, we will begin learning the vowel sounds that form the underlying phonetic structure of many common languages. The module takes us to step by step in order to establish a good foundation. By the end, we will all be confident in what we are doing and how to practice. Furthermore, I go into the method and understanding of using vibration to tune up and balance the chakras at our physical level.

How Often Should You Practice? More Benefits And Group Chanting
In this lesson, I go into further benefits and offer various useful tips. We look into chanting in a group and the best times to practice and why. I look into using the natural energy rising and subsiding in nature to aid our practice as well as the benefits of a healthy routine.

Going On From Here In A Meaningful Way
In this lesson, I take a look at what to do next once you feel that you have meaningfully established your practice and wish to progress further. I discuss other meditation methods and supporting practices and how to integrate these successfully.
