Handle toxic people by creating a mirror aura so you feel safe and keep your own energies on a high vibration. Stand in your power and maintain your wellbeing with boundaries around those who are stressful then create a positive change.

Transcript

Welcome to this meditation of boundaries and aura protection.

Let's turn something serious into a creative fun way to protect oneself from others who are stressed and unpleasant to be around.

So it's all about maintaining your well-being,

Keeping your inner peace and standing in your power.

Of maintaining your boundaries,

Of allowing only the right things in.

Let's begin.

Please get seated or lay down if you wish.

Please take a full breath in and holding for 5 seconds before releasing fully.

And just one more deep full breath in and holding 5 seconds before releasing it.

Relax,

Get comfy and please close your eyes.

We are going to tidy ourselves up.

Then create a boundary of protection.

And also send some peace out to whomever is not good company to be with.

Focus now.

Focus on the centre of your heart.

And imagine a constant glow of silver-white light.

That is your inner strength.

With the playful side that often a sense of humour really does cut through the lowest of vibrations.

It's time to bathe and cleanse oneself as the first step.

Allow this particular silver-white light colour from the centre of the heart step into its power by growing and growing in size.

Let it spread quickly through the body.

Let it shoot out into your aura.

Let only this colour of silver-white light be present with you.

Get comfortable with glowing extremely bright right now.

Let the room copy by all walls turning silver-white light.

The floor,

The ceiling turning silver-white light.

And everything that is touching you,

Supporting you is this bright silver-white light.

This colour will spin all the chakras faster,

Thus cleansing all the chakras.

Scan your body from the top of the head all the way down to the feet and watch the silver-white light energy be completely a part of you.

Then focus on the aura and see the silver-white light beaming brightly filled to the brim and completely in a large oval egg shape.

Remember we all have auras and you've just strengthened it now.

Start to breathe in and out silver-white light air.

And continue in a moment of peace.

Continue to breathe in and out silver-white light air for a minute.

Now we're going to give this silver-white light energy a name and that is mirror.

And you are welcome to use this word mirror whenever you are with someone toxic or stressed or just testing your boundaries.

Remember it is your intention to stay on your own high vibration.

Quickly connect to the word mirror and the state of glowing right now with silver-white light.

And know that you can say this word within to ignite it when needed.

Intend to shine like a mirror onto anyone whilst protecting yourself.

Defusing the situation is only the intention.

Watch for a change.

Expect a change.

Intend it to happen.

And because you are a source of love and light,

Follow through with sending out love and peace and a solution that they too can be supported by higher energies.

Finish by focusing on breathing silver-white light in and out.

And welcome to your boundaries and wellbeing.

Have a moment of peace and strengthen that mirror word connection.

Known as your up,

Back to the here and now,

To the count of three,

One,

Two,

Three,

Opening the eyes,

Eyes fully open,

Wide open and remember mirror.
