Welcome to this meditation,
Followed with sleep time.
Story of Autumn.
Let's begin.
Let's begin in your bedroom.
Let's begin on your bed.
Look.
Look at the right hand.
Then turn it over to look at the palm of that hand open.
See how the thumb sticks out and four tall fingers shooting to the sky.
Let the thumb represent you and that thumb can touch each of the fingers.
So autumn is cooler weather.
Let the thumb touch the smallest finger.
Feel the skin so smooth.
Think of the warmer clothes you will wear.
Perhaps a hat or scarf,
A change of shoes.
Now the air will be refreshing,
Which can feel like you've just visited the sea shore.
Crispy and cool,
The autumn is divine.
Let the thumb that represents you touch now the second finger and stroke this long finger.
Feel the length and how the length of days will be shorter.
Daylight and the hours of the sun swiftly leave in the early evening.
How quickly things become a night sky.
Yet you are still active and lights are switched on to replace the summer sun.
Let the thumb that represents you touch the next finger that is the tallest one of all.
A more full bodied finger,
The fullest that links to full on colour.
For we shall be dazzled by huge autumn coloured trees.
Everywhere we walk a vision of giant coloured trees.
The warmth of red and orange and golden yellow like giant tree flowers.
The carpet of coloured leaves and crispy crunchy walks.
Let the thumb that represents you now touch the last finger,
A pointing finger as we see many birds migrate south for warmer weather.
And the fun and sound of geese sky high looks like magic.
Food supplies are changing as we ourselves eat the harvest of ripe fruits and warmer things to eat.
Then rest your thumb that represents you into the palm of the hand.
Let all fingers fall naturally on it.
For this autumn fall wrapped in the law of nature.
Mother earth is always busy doing her magical work.
I think it's a good time to fall asleep like the hibernating bear.
Let's get comfy and warm like the bear and start to yawn,
Yawn.
Closing one eye good night.
Closing the other eye good night.
For dreaming will begin.
Let's dream of autumn.
Let the fun begin.
My adventure of autumn as I sleep,
Sleep magically,
Sleep and dream of autumn.
Good night.
