This is the one of the best yoga nidra/NSDR practices because the facilitator is professional, the recording is seamless without any background noise or distractions, the voice is calming and pleasant to listen to, and the cueing is timed appropriately so the the listener can respond. In the endless sea of sessions with music, anything without woo-woo music/repetive sound waves that competes with the facilitator voice is welcome. If you want to return to your parasympathetic baseline quickly, this practice is the perfect.

I really enjoyed this practice once it got going .Idon’t like to have educational material in the practice and this had quite a bit. It he actual practice started around 10-15 min in. Next time I will fast forward.

Lovely as always. I’m trying to calm my mind, as I’m having cataract surgery in 3 weeks. Procedures trigger my anxiety and my mind goes racing. These practices seem to help the nervous system ground. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
