Amanda, I really appreciate that this long and gentle meditation invites me to rest but doesn’t tell me I have to fall asleep. I’ve stopped listening to sleep meditations because the pressure is too much! With this I feel gentled and somehow, if I’m lucky, I do fall asleep. Great thanks from a terrible insomniac. 🙏🏼

This is a great course, I realized that I didn’t finish it when you posted it and I opened it. Anyway it was very helpful to me to learn I didn’t have to actually nap to take a nap since I wasn’t a napper. Since the course I do nap daily now, it’s part of my routine. I also learned to take a nap when needed, my idea of a nap changed after your course, and is one of my favorite self care things I do. Love and Blessings Shelia
