Well,
The truth is you can practice it at any time.
So whenever you need a rest or a reset or you just need time to reconnect with yourself.
I know that some people love practicing it first thing in the morning because it gives them a grounded and calm energy for the day ahead.
And then other people I know like to practice in the afternoon when their energy naturally dips.
Or their stress levels rise.
And then a lot of people like me like to practice it in the evening to either fall asleep or just make that transition into restful sleep.
So many people I know say that practicing just half an hour of Yoga Nidra feels like they're getting four hours of deep sleep.
