The benefits of practicing Yoga Nidra are incredible.

It's been shown to help reduce stress.

Ease anxiety.

Improve sleep quality.

Calm the nervous system.

Support emotional healing.

Increase focus.

And to generally create a deeper sense of overall well-being.

But what I love about Yoga Nidra is that it's so much more than just a relaxation of the body and the mind.

And with regular practice the benefits go much deeper than that.

In our modern lives,

It's so important to take a break from the busyness of life and Give ourselves some time and space just to be.

And In my experience,

It's when we drop into simply being.

That there's space for insight and clarity and new perspectives about ourselves and others and the world.

To naturally arise.

And it's then that Yoga Nidra becomes an amazing aid to really listening to our inner knowing.

And to opening to our deepest truth.

And remembering who we truly are at the core and what really matters in our lives.

The reason I'm so excited to share Yoga Nidra with you is because As a teacher,

It's one of the most profound practices I've ever experienced and it's deeply impacted my life.

And my first ever Yoga Nidra session was over 30 years ago.

But I can remember it so clearly.

Because it left me with such a deep sense of peace.

That I'd been searching for my whole life.

I would love you to experience that as well.

And ever since that day,

I have practiced Yoga Nidra.

Literally every day and I don't know what I'd have done without it in my life.

It supported me through so many changes,

So many ups and downs.

Times of stress and exhaustion.

And it's brought me so much healing and growth.

And having guided literally thousands of people in Yoganidra over the years.

I see it as one of the most powerful tools that I know of for nervous system regulation.

And restoration and inner connection.

And to support with sleep issues.

I'm as passionate about Yoga Nidra today as I was when I first discovered it.

And it's one of those practices that only continues to deepen the more that you do it.

So I sincerely hope that you love this practice as much as I do and that it enriches your life as much as it has mine.
