As the master aged and weakened, The disciples pleaded for him to stay. The master replied, If I don't depart, How will you truly see? What is it we overlook when you are here? They enquired persistently. The master chose not to disclose it. As his final moments approached, They asked, What will we perceive in your absence? With a playful glint, The master replied, All I did was sit by the river bank, Offering river water. Once I am gone, At last you will notice the river itself.
