Our inner voice, that gentle guide within is like a GPS that guides our decisions. With all the outside noises and mental clutter, we don't still ourselves long enough to hear this inner guide. Our true inner voice represents the essence of our being, it reflects our values, passions, and desires. Sadly, however, oftentimes, we neglect this internal guidance, which puts us at risk of feeling lost and disconnected from ourselves. Let's begin today in a comfortable seated position,

Each hand resting on a knee with palms facing up in order to show the universe you are open to receiving.

Our inner voice,

That quiet guide within,

Our intuition,

Our universal guidance is like a GPS that guides our decisions,

That gut feeling we have that makes us feel when things are right and wrong,

That guides us through life.

We need to learn to tap into our intuition and hear those whispers,

When we ask for guidance we need to become quiet and go within,

And that's when we will hear those whispers.

Each of us hears so many internal voices,

Our friends,

Family,

Employers,

Critics,

But those voices drown out our own inner voice.

Over time our inner voice gets louder and more persistent,

The more we ignore it the more depressed we become.

We know we are avoiding the truth and so we feel a growing sense of fear and anticipation of the moment of truth catching up with us.

It's easiest to hear this inner voice during moments of silence or during an activity that makes us feel peaceful.

It is an audible voice that you hear deep within your own mind or a gut feeling you feel in your stomach.

However it comes to you,

Know it can always be trusted to provide you with the guidance needed to fulfill your inner potential.

Now invite your inner voice to speak to you today,

In this quiet peaceful silence ahead.

Now slowly bring your awareness back to your breath,

Taking a deep breath in,

And let it out.

If you wish to,

Slowly move each finger and each toe,

And whenever you are ready,

You may open your eyes.

Have a beautiful rest of your day,

And remember to listen to that inner voice.
