This is a meditation for confidence.
Sit tall imagining a string pulling you up and keeping your head high.
Close your eyes and start to breathe.
Take deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
In for the count of four and out for the count of four.
With each inhale you are breathing in more confidence.
With each exhale you are breathing out all insecurities and again breathe in confidence,
Breathe out insecurity.
Keep breathing.
If your mind starts to wander just gently guide your thoughts back to your breath.
Confidence is the most beautiful thing you can possess.
No one can make you feel inferior without you allowing them to.
Confidence comes from within and it is there with you all the time.
You just need to search deep within and find that power,
That strength,
That confidence.
Now say out loud or silently to yourself Confidence is within me.
I believe in myself and my capabilities.
Confidence is within me.
I believe in myself and my capabilities.
And again confidence is within me.
I believe in myself and my capabilities.
And now silently in your mind allowing yourself to sink deeper into this feeling of confidence.
And now slowly come back to your breath.
Notice the energy spreading through your body.
As you move forward with the rest of your day today remember this beautiful energy is always with you.
