Become aware of your breath as it enters with a cool feeling and then warming as it gently travels down into your lungs.

Fill the lungs with a deep inhale bringing in energy,

Vitality and prana,

The life force.

As you exhale feel the body releasing toxins,

Stress and negativity.

Inhale and exhale feeling that deep peace filling you within.

Feel the energy in your body,

Visualize all of that energy shining as brightly as the sun.

Bring this shining glow of bright energy over the crown of your head,

Your crown chakra.

Feel it traveling down your body and feel the energy from the top of your head.

Your whole body is filled with a divine healing light and energy.

Allow that healing to reach the parts of you that needs healing energy.

Healing and wholeness are for those willing to be vulnerable enough to be made strong.

Feel it warming,

Healing and expanding through that area.

Allow the healing light to bring you peace and healing to any emotional issues or trauma.

Bring your awareness to any intentions or desires that you may have.

Allow that healing energy to bring your deepest desires to life and your intentions into reality.

Feel the pulsating energy of power and strength vibrating through each cell of your body.

Feel your energy,

Feel your power,

Feel your strength.

Welcome it,

Embrace it and let it guide you forward.

Now sit in this glow for a moment or two.

Now slowly return to your body,

Return to yourself.

Take a deep breath in and let it go.

Feel your body,

Your presence,

Feel your energy vibrating within you,

Filling you with positive radiant light for the rest of your day.

Now bring your hands together in prayer position and bow down to your heart.

Thank yourself for giving yourself this moment of peace,

Tranquility and healing.
