Welcome to your emotional release EFT tapping meditation.
This meditation is going to be really amazing for you if you're feeling a lot of emotions right now and you just want to know that it's okay to release them.
It's okay to feel them.
It's okay to process them and it's okay to shift them and let them go if that's what's right for you right now.
So let's go ahead and get comfortable.
And you can rate the emotions that you feel,
The strength of those emotions from a 1 through 10,
10 being the strongest.
And as we tap,
We're going to try and bring that number down.
I am going to tell you where to tap and I'm going to say a phrase afterwards and you can just feel the phrase that I say or you can say it aloud.
So right now,
Just focus on whatever it is you're feeling,
What it is you're trying to validate and process,
And what it is you want to release in this tapping meditation today.
And as you're in your comfortable seat,
You can start by taking a deep breath in and out.
Now start tapping on the side of your hand.
This is the point that is right in the middle of where the bottom of your pinky finger and your wrist meet.
So as you tap,
We're going to say some phrases.
Even though I'm feeling so many emotions right now,
I love and accept myself anyway.
Even though it's hard for me to experience so many emotions,
I love and accept myself anyway.
I know I can release the heaviness that I feel while allowing the emotions to bring me where I'm meant to be and I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I feel so much right now.
Side eye.
It feels a little overwhelming.
Under eye.
I'm feeling some big emotions.
Under nose.
And it feels difficult.
Under mouth.
It's causing me to think about a lot.
Collarbone.
And I just want to release some of the heaviness that I'm carrying.
Under your armpit.
It's okay to feel these emotions and think about what I'm feeling.
Top of the head.
But I want to let go of how strongly I feel about all of this right now.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I know my emotions are meant to be listened to.
Side eye.
My emotions are always telling me something.
Under eye.
It's not something I always want to hear.
Under nose.
But it's okay.
Under mouth.
It's okay to feel so deeply.
Collarbone.
Even though sometimes it hurts.
Under your armpit.
I allow myself to learn what I need to.
Top of the head.
And let go of all the heaviness that I'm carrying.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
What if it felt so good to just let go?
Side eye.
What if I didn't have to let everything go?
Under eye.
I just let go of the hold my emotions have on me right now.
Under nose.
What if I could accept these emotions and allow them to exist?
Under mouth.
I still carry on with what I need to do.
Collarbone.
What if I trusted that I felt this way for a reason?
Under your armpit.
What if I knew that these emotions were showing me what I needed to know?
Top of the head.
What if I knew just how powerful my emotions really were?
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I know emotions can be hard sometimes.
Side eye.
But it's okay.
Under eye.
I will be okay.
Under nose.
I have faith in myself.
Under mouth.
I have faith that I can handle what I'm going through.
Collarbone.
I am going to be okay.
Under your armpit.
This is just a tough time that I am going through right now.
Top of the head.
But I know I am releasing so much that I no longer need to carry.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
My emotions are telling me so much.
Side eye.
I allow my emotions to speak to me.
Under eye.
I allow myself to see my emotions as beautiful.
Under nose.
I allow my emotions to teach me.
Under mouth.
I allow my emotions to release what no longer serves me.
Collarbone.
I let go of what isn't helping me.
Under your armpit.
I will never ignore my emotions.
Top of the head.
But I allow myself to process them so I can feel so powerful when I get on the other side of them.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
Acknowledging and processing my emotions open up a lot for me.
Side eye.
Sometimes it might take a while to get there.
Under eye.
But I'm always being led in the direction that I need to go.
Under nose.
No matter what comes up.
Under mouth.
I trust the process.
Collarbone.
I trust myself.
Under your armpit.
I trust I can handle what I need to experience.
Top of the head.
To become the best version of me.
And I love and accept myself.
Go ahead.

You can go ahead and regrade yourself if you graded yourself at the beginning of this meditation from a 1 through 10.
10 being the strongest in your emotions and see if your number went down at all.
