A short guided visualization meditation that focuses on the concepts of Light and Wisdom. Using the concept of the inner light to guide in through your being through the power of the mind. As well as discussing and being open to the innate wisdom that is open to all of us if we are honest and connected with it.

Find a comfortable and quiet place to sit.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,

Filling your lungs with air.

As you exhale,

Release any tension or stress in your body.

Rest here for a minute and find your place,

Find your rhythm.

Imagine a bright shining light above you.

This light represents wisdom.

See it slowly descending down upon you,

Enveloping you in its warmth and radiance.

As the light touches your forehead,

Feel a sense of clarity and understanding entering your mind,

Allowing yourself to let go of any negative thoughts or doubts that have arisen.

Imagine the light moving down to your heart.

As it does,

Feel a sense of compassion and empathy growing within you,

Allowing yourself to feel connected to all beings and to understand that we are all in this journey together.

The light continues to move down,

Reaching your hands.

As it does,

Feel a sense of purpose and direction entering your being.

Allow yourself to be guided towards actions that will bring benefit to yourself and others.

Finally,

The light reaches your feet.

As it does,

Feel a sense of grounding and stability entering your body,

Allowing you to stand firmly on your path and to make wise choices in all aspects of life.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Release any doubts or fears that may have come up,

Knowing that wisdom is always within you.

You have the ability to tap into it whenever you need.

Take another deep breath in,

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes,

Feeling calm,

Centered,

Wise,

And knowing you can touch the light within you.
