Hello and welcome to this quick meditation to try and generate some positivity today,
Whether it be in your life,
In the life of your workplace,
Or in the life of those around you.
Let's begin as we always do by getting into our meditation position as comfortably as we can,
Whether it be seated,
Laying,
Standing,
Or listening to this on a nice walk.
Spine tall and noble,
Shoulders comfortably sitting there,
Maybe even rolling back slightly.
Try and open up your heart a little bit.
Palms resting on your knees,
On your lap,
At your side.
And whenever you're ready,
Closing your eyes or focusing on a spot in space.
Allowing yourself to focus on your breath,
Feeling a sense of expansion on every inhale,
And a sense of relief on every exhale.
Recognizing the gift that is our breath,
Even if only for this moment.
Feeling deeply grateful for the air that you're breathing,
The space that you dwell in.
Feel yourself as present in your heart,
In your body,
And in your mind.
Present in this moment.
Starting to think about all the ways all the ways.
Your life is now better than it was at some point.
All the goodness,
All the joy,
No matter how small or insignificant it may seem.
Pick one or two,
Whatever comes to mind,
And focus on them intently.
Hold them in your heart.
What are at least one or two improvements that have happened across the course of your life?
Spend a moment simply turning your mind inward and feeling how these improvements touch you,
In your body,
In your heart,
And in your mind.
And in your mind,
As you start to equate your life with improvement,
As you start to feel what it feels like within you to experience improvement,
You start to feel a sense of positivity and optimism building up within you,
Feeling truly that it is possible to grow.
Feel the warmth,
Positivity of growth,
Not just now,
But flowing and continuing.
You know what it feels like,
And you welcome it,
Feeling it ground down through you,
Aligning with it.
You affirm to yourself and to the universe,
I am ready for the good.
I am ready to welcome that which is good.
I call forth the goodness in life.
I summon and welcome in positivity,
Happiness,
Healthiness,
Joy,
And I allow myself to feel these things completely.
I allow myself union with positivity and with all of these things as they flow through you.
Feel as though you are welling up with light,
It is covering you,
Aligning your body,
Positivity and joy,
Using your imagination to tune in to the beautiful world,
This beautiful life,
This beautiful energy here and now truly realizing in yourself,
I am positivity.
I am love.
I am joy.
I am compassion.
And I am forgiveness.
Take a nice deep breath all the way into the stomach and letting the rib cage fully expand,
Letting the feeling of all of this build up within you.
When you're ready,
Let it go.
Exhale deeply.
Open your eyes or undo your focus.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Feeling the energy flowing throughout you and all around you,
Taking this message,
Taking this meaning and taking this joy to the incredible world all around you.
