This is Sarah Lane and welcome to this guided meditation for connecting with your womb.

For this meditation,

Ensure that you are in a warm,

Comfortable space with no outside distractions.

Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting upright with your back straight or laying down.

Your uterus,

Also known as your womb,

Is where you would carry a child.

This is the home for an unborn child.

It's safe,

Warm,

And nurturing.

It's also the home for our unborn projects and creative endeavors.

Our creative projects and inspiration are birthed here.

Our womb also holds the connection to our sexuality,

Sensuality,

And our ability to receive love and embrace pleasure.

Our wombs create,

Hold,

And birth life.

Our wombs also create,

Hold,

And birth our dreams,

Creative projects,

And connection to the infinite source of power and wisdom within us.

Your womb is powerful beyond measure.

Together we will feel and remember this divine power.

Let's begin.

Settle in.

Allow the support beneath you to rise up to meet your back if you're laying down or your seat on the chair.

Place your hands over your womb's face,

Your yoni,

Or whatever feels comfortable for you.

Close your eyes and begin to take slow,

Deep breaths.

Take a deep breath,

Breathing all the way into your yoni.

And exhale.

Take a deep breath,

Breathing all the way into your feet.

Exhale.

Take a deep breath and hold it at the top for three,

Two,

One.

Exhale.

And we'll take three more breath holds.

Take a deep breath and hold it at the top for three,

Two,

One.

Let it go.

Take a deep breath in and hold it here for three,

Two,

One.

Exhale.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold it at the top for three,

Two,

And one.

Let it go.

Bring your attention to the places where your body meets the support beneath you.

Feeling held and supported here,

You are safe.

Relax your toes,

Relax your ankles,

Relax your shins,

Relax your knees,

Relax your thighs and the back of your thighs.

Relax your hips,

Relax your belly,

Relax your chest,

Relax your shoulders,

Relax your arms,

Relax your hands,

Relax your neck,

Relax and unhinge your jaw,

Relax your cheeks,

Relax your eyes,

Unfurrow your brow,

Relax your ears,

Relax your scalp.

Now imagine that your feet turn into roots of a tree and these roots grow down,

Down,

Down into the ground.

These roots grow deeper,

Deeper into the earth through the layers of rock and sediment,

Through the water,

Air,

Earth,

And fire connecting you to the core of the earth.

As you inhale,

You breathe in new revitalized energy from the core of the earth up into your legs,

Up,

Up,

Up.

Mamagaya,

Mother Earth,

Is renewing you.

You feel this earth energy draw up your feet into your shins and calves,

Into your knees,

Your thighs,

Your hips,

And then it swirls into a pool of watery light inside your womb.

This healing light energy swirls and dances around your womb space,

Filling that entire area with light and love.

You are safe.

Breathe here.

Now imagine you could shrink into the size of a fairy and you are now inside of your womb.

What does it feel like?

Is it wet?

Is it dry?

What is the temperature?

What does it look like?

What is it shaped like?

What colors and textures do you see?

Who or what is around you?

Explore your womb without any judgment.

We are exploring.

You are safe.

Bring your attention to your hands.

Feel the light emanating from your hands onto your womb.

As you breathe in,

You receive this light and love from your own hands.

You continue to receive the light from the earth beneath you as it travels up your legs into your womb.

And you feel this light traveling from the earth and from your hands simultaneously.

You are being held and healed by the original mother and your own internal mother who is always nurturing you,

Loving you,

And keeping you safe.

Continue to breathe here.

Allow any emotions that are present to come up.

Your womb is the birthplace of your emotions.

She wants to feel.

Allow her to feel all that she needs to.

She is safe.

If you feel called,

Quietly or silently or telepathically say to your womb,

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

I love you.

Thank you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

I love you.

Thank you.

And then tell your womb,

I give you permission to feel and speak.

Do you have anything you want to say?

And listen.

Allow.

Feel.

You are safe.

Breathe.

And then tell your womb,

I give you permission to feel and speak.

Do you have anything you want to say?

And listen.

And then tell your womb,

I give you permission to feel and speak.

Do you have anything you want to say?

And listen.

And then tell your womb,

I give you permission to feel and speak.

Do you have anything you want to say?

And listen.

Gently guide your hands up from your womb space into your heart.

Resting your hands at your heart.

Feeling the connection between your heart and your womb.

Start to breathe into your heart space.

Feeling that expansion,

That love,

That light.

Start to deepen your breath.

Take a big breath in all the way down into your toes and exhale to sigh it out of your mouth.

Take another deep breath and exhale.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Gently awakening the body.

Whenever you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

There's no rush.

You can stay inward if you'd like.

Remember and reclaim all that your womb provided you during this meditation.

I recommend that you journal about your experience to integrate what you've learned and uncovered.

You are so loved and so safe.

This guided meditation is now complete.
