Oh Great Spirit,
Come to me in all of your sacred splendor.
Oh Great Spirit,
Sing to me with all of your angelic voices.
Oh Great Spirit,
Comfort me with all of your surrounding hands.
Oh Great Spirit,
Be through me so I can sing and surround your loving children.
Welcome to this guided meditation to support you in connecting to Source.
This is how we access divine wisdom,
Divine truth,
And open the channel of creativity.
If you have been feeling lost,
Confused,
Stuck,
Overwhelmed,
Depleted,
Let your divine Source fill you.
So often we overeat,
Numb ourselves,
We try to fill the void that nothing else can fill.
The only thing that can truly fill it is Source.
The infinite spirit and loving intelligence that governs the universe.
It goes by many names,
But as soon as we name it,
The meaning is lost.
Connecting with your Source allows you to open up to divine wisdom.
Let us begin.
Lay down on your back or sit comfortably.
Take a deep breath down into your belly,
Filling up your belly.
Hold your breath at the top and then open mouth exhale,
Release.
Twice more,
Inhaling into your belly,
Filling up your belly and holding your breath at the top.
And then open mouth exhale,
Let it go with a sigh.
Last one,
Deep breath into your belly,
Filling up.
Hold your breath at the top for just a few moments.
Take in a little bit more air and then biggest sigh,
Biggest exhale of the day,
Let it go.
Breathe normally in and out through your nose and feel the support of whatever you are laying on.
Feel gravity gently pulling you toward the center of the earth.
Now imagine a golden sun right above the crown of your head.
Feel its warmth,
It's honey sunlight and imagine that this golden sun begins to grow with every breath.
Imagine now that there is a door at the top of your head and this door opens.
As the door opens,
Crows fly out representing your thoughts and all of the busyness going on in your mind.
Let the crows fly free until your mind is emptied.
Keep the door open and allow the golden honey light to begin to pour through.
This golden light streams through the door at the top of your head and it continues down into your third eye,
Into your brain,
Into the back of your head and down into your neck and throat.
There's nothing you have to do here,
You just get to allow and receive this light and open yourself.
This warm honey golden light continues flowing down into your chest,
Into your heart,
Down your arms and hands,
Continues flowing into your belly and your back,
Wrapping every bone,
Every organ with light.
This golden light continues flowing down into your pelvic floor,
Down into your thighs and your knees,
All the way down into your legs and ankles and feet.
You are now filled with this golden honey light and you are ready to receive the divine guidance that is available to you now.
Say to yourself,
Or out loud,
To me and through me,
To me and through me.
This phrase serves as kind of a secret passcode to allow the divine to flow to you and through you.
Listen with your whole body.
If you have a specific question that you'd like an answer to,
You may ask your question now,
Either out loud or to yourself.
Just one clear,
Precise question.
And then take a deep breath.
Letting go on the exhale of any attachment to the outcome.
Now ask for divine guidance over the next 24 hours to continue receiving an answer to this question and to continue receiving the next steps.
You may do this by asking for divine support,
Blessings,
Gifts,
And signs.
For example,
If I am meant to choose this decision,
Please send me a butterfly.
Or if I am meant to choose that decision,
Please show me a monkey.
Have fun with it.
Play with it.
Being in an energy of playfulness and joy is truly one of the most miraculous ways to receive divine guidance and express our gratitude for it.
So letting yourself smile and fill up with this divine love,
Trusting that the guidance is on its way.

This is all valuable information.
You can remain in this energy for as long as you need to,

You're able to listen to the music of your own sovereign truth,
Rather than always listening to the voices around you.
