Feel the ground holding you,

Supporting you from below.

Feel gravity gently pressing down on your body as you relax.

There's nowhere to be,

Nothing to do.

Just be here now.

And take a deep breath into your belly,

Blowing up your belly like a balloon.

An open mouth exhale,

Sigh it out.

Beautiful.

Take another deep breath into the belly,

Up into the heart,

And exhale,

Release.

Last round,

Just like that.

Inhale,

Belly.

Inhale into the chest.

And open mouth,

Sigh it out,

Letting go completely.

Breathing normally in and out through your nose.

Bring your awareness down into your feet.

You might even wiggle your toes.

And let us give thanks for these feet that hold up the entire body.

These feet that walk and dance and play and travel.

These feet that have taken you everywhere you've ever been in your whole life.

These feet have taken you there.

So we give thanks to these feet.

We bless these feet.

Moving up now into the lower legs.

Bringing your awareness to your shins,

Your calves,

Ankles,

And knees.

Such an intricate,

Unique expression of muscle and bone.

We give thanks to this part of our bodies for creating stability and mobility.

Send your loving breath and awareness into your lower legs and your feet.

Moving up now into your gorgeous thighs.

Knowing that your thighs are the perfect size.

And although they look different from the angle that we see looking down on them,

We know that to God,

To our Creator,

They look beautiful from all angles.

And we give thanks for these thighs that are stable and strong,

Beautiful.

Breathe into your thighs,

Sending love and blessings.

Moving up now into your pelvic region,

The pelvic bowl,

Which holds our reproductive organs.

This is the space of creation itself.

Our sexual organs create human life.

Wow.

This is where miracles happen.

This is where pleasure happens.

I'm so grateful to have a body that can create life and to experience waves of orgasmic pleasure.

And notice what emotions arise around this center.

Sometimes there might be shame or sadness or even anger,

Allowing any emotions to arise,

Breathing with them.

Moving up now your awareness into your belly,

No matter the size or the shape of your belly,

We give thanks and gratitude for its beauty,

For its digestion and creating a home for all of those digestion organs that work so hard every day around the clock,

24 to 7.

When we're not even thinking about it,

Our body is working for us.

Our body is doing the best that it can to support us and to digest what we put into it and around it.

So we give thanks for these bellies.

Moving up now to your chest,

Sensing your breasts,

The gateway into your heart.

Our breasts have the ability to feed and nourish life.

They have a natural intelligence inside of them that creates food nourishment.

A woman's body has everything it needs to create and sustain human life.

Your body is a miracle.

Moving up now to your neck and your chin.

And we give thanks for all of the skin that protects this area,

This sensitive area that when gently touched or kissed is very sensitive and can provide a lot of pleasure.

So we give thanks for that.

And we know that we were designed in divine perfection.

There's no need to hide anything.

We give thanks for our face.

Moving up into the face,

Cheeks,

Eyes.

I love that my eyes can see the beauty all around me.

I love that my eyes,

When I look in the mirror,

I'm starting to notice more of my beautiful qualities.

And in my mind's eye,

My third eye,

I see myself radiant,

Like a goddess,

Wind blowing through my hair,

Sun shining on my face,

Beautiful radiant smile.

My teeth are gorgeous.

The creator does not make mistakes and the creator does not duplicate itself.

When the creator created you,

It did so intentionally to say,

This is perfection.

And now giving thanks for your hair,

Its texture,

Its color.

Hair holds memory.

Hair holds emotion,

Vibration,

Energy.

Some cultures believe that our hair are like antenna that can sense the world around us in a deeper way,

Like a sixth sense.

So we give thanks for our hair and all of its magical qualities to become in greater harmony with the world around us.

And we ask for forgiveness for all of the ways that we have mistreated ourselves and our bodies.

We ask the creator to forgive us and that we forgive ourselves for all of the ways we have spoken to ourselves in unloving ways.

We ask that all of the unloving ways that we have treated ourselves and judged ourselves be forgiven,

Released,

And completed right here and right now as we create a new loving relationship with ourselves and this sacred vessel,

This beautiful human energy vehicle I get to ride through this life with.

And we only get one,

So you might as well make friends with it.

You might as well learn to love it through all of its changes,

Or she will change.

She will change whether you want her to or not.

So you might as well love her through it,

Holding her hand through every step.

I love you,

Body.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

I love you,

Body.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

I love you.

I love you,

Body.

Take a deep breath into your belly.

Open mouth,

Exhale,

Let it go.

Deep breath into the belly and release.

Gently and slowly start to wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Gently waking up this beautiful body that you're in,

Opening your eyes,

Staying in this energy of love and compassion,

Centeredness and truth.

A beautiful way to integrate this experience is to journal,

Write a letter to your body expressing everything that you want to share with her,

Anything that you'd like to apologize for and write to your body expressing this new relationship that you'd like to have with her.

This meditation is now complete.

Namaste.
