Welcome to this guided breathing and meditation exercise for manifesting and calling in all that you desire.
Find a comfortable seat,
Or you may also lie down for this meditation if that feels more comfortable for you.
Just start to notice where your breath lands.
Perhaps it lands in the chest or the neck.
And start to deepen your breath here.
Relaxing the belly,
Allowing your heart to open.
Finding solace in the stillness of your body and breath.
Take a deep breath all the way down into your toes.
And take an open mouth exhale to sigh it out.
We'll take three more breaths just like that.
Inhale down into your toes.
Open mouth exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale,
Make some noise.
Really allowing the breath to take you deeper.
Inhale.
Open mouth sigh it out.
Grounding down into your body.
Relaxing your feet,
Your ankles,
Your legs.
Feeling rooted and grounded into the earth beneath you.
Relax your pelvis,
Your glutes,
Your pelvic floor muscles.
Relax your low belly,
Your lower back.
Relax your chest,
Your mid and upper back,
Letting all of those muscles sink deeper into the ground.
Relax your shoulders and your neck,
All of the tiny muscles in your neck releasing.
There's nothing to hold on to.
Relax your arms,
Your wrists,
Your hands,
Your fingers.
Relax the back of your head.
Relax your ears,
Your cheeks.
Relax your lower lip,
Your upper lip,
Your mouth,
Your tongue.
Relax your eyes,
Your eyebrows,
Your forehead.
Relax the top of your head,
Sinking deep into the space of relaxation.
Bring your awareness to your third eye,
Your pineal gland,
The space right behind the center of your eyebrows.
The third eye is the seat of intuition,
The space of all-knowing.
Breathe into this space,
Seeing a beautiful golden light.
As you breathe in,
The light grows.
As you breathe out,
It expands even more.
We're going to be doing some time traveling to ground into our manifestation,
The vibration we want to anchor in.
Imagine it's six months from now.
And in your ideal world,
Your ideal scenario,
Allow your mind to wander into infinite possibilities where anything is possible.
What are you doing?
What are you wearing?
What are you creating?
What has been healed within you?
What is no longer a concern?
You are free of any worries or doubts about this concern.
What does it feel like when you are free of that worry or that doubt?
And if any contractions start to come up in the body,
Just breathe into them.
Breathe deeper.
Now notice in this space six months from now,
Who is with you?
Who are you spending your time with?
How are you spending time together?
And how does that time together make you feel?
Allow your mind to wander off into possibility.
What are you doing for your work?
Who do you work with?
What does your work feel like?
What kind of creative projects do you birth into the world?
Where do you live?
What does the scenery look like?
What does it smell like?
What does it feel like?
And you see yourself in the mirror.
You really see yourself,
Not just your physical body,
But who you really are,
Your most powerful,
Radiant,
Beautiful,
Confident self.
And this self offers to you some words of wisdom,
A little advice.
What does she say?
Thank you for your wisdom.
Thank you for your guidance.
In this moment,
We declare that any desire that is born within me is possible,
For our higher power does not place desires within us unless they are meant for us and possible for us.
So we release this vision,
Knowing that this or something better is in store for the future.
And we release all possibilities to the highest good of all concerned.
And we give thanks knowing that it is so.
And so it is.
Start to bring your awareness back into the body and breath.
And just allow the vibration to anchor into your being,
The feeling tone that you have cultivated.
Allow every cell in your being to register this new reality.
And stay present with the possibility of all of this coming to fruition.
And allow that which is no longer in alignment with this vision to fall away.
Take a deep breath in to ground and anchor.
Open mouth exhale,
Let it go,
Sigh it out.
