This guided meditation helps bring awareness to how you're managing and running your energy. This is an excellent practice to do when you start having feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, and fatigue. When we're thinking too far into the future, we find ourselves feeling scattered. And when we're thinking too far into the past, this can leave us feeling depressed. Now,

Let's begin.

Close your eyes.

Keep your spine upright.

Bring your attention into the center of the head.

Destroy your grounding cord and make a brand new one.

From the base of the spine to the center of the planet.

Hooking it into the center of the planet and turning it on release.

And then from near the center of the planet,

Bring earth energy up through the bottoms of your feet,

Through your knees,

Hips,

And down your grounding cord,

Creating a connection with the earth.

And then reach way out into the cosmos and bring bright,

Sparkling cosmic energy in through the top of the head,

Down the backside of the spine to the base of the spine.

Picking up about 10% earth energy and bringing this mixture of cosmic and earth energy back up the front side of the spine,

And let it pour out through the top of your head,

Filling up your aura,

The energetic bubble around your physical body.

The condition of this aura is directly related to how you feel in your body.

You running your energy is how you can feel better.

When it stops running,

We don't feel very well.

Your aura,

That energetic bubble around your physical body,

Is also related to your Agni,

Your ability to digest food and life.

As you're running your energy here,

Take some of that cosmic and earth energy that's coming up the front side of the spine from the center of your chest,

The throat,

Center of the head,

And your crown.

Run it into the shoulders,

Down through the arms,

And out through the palms of your hands.

These are your creative channels.

And this is you running your energy.

And this will dictate the condition of your aura.

Now your aura,

That energetic bubble around your physical body,

You can play with it a little bit to see where you feel the best in your body.

So right now,

Make the aura very big.

Maybe as big as the town or city that you're in.

And see how that feels.

See if it's a familiar feeling.

And now bring it back to about 18 inches or half a meter around your body.

And see how that feels.

And now,

Bring it very close into your physical body.

And see how that feels,

And see if it's familiar.

And now,

Move your aura back out to about half a meter or 18 inches around your body.

And take a nice relaxing breath.

So you might notice that when the aura gets too big,

We'll tend to feel scattered.

And when the aura is pulled in too tight around the body,

We'll tend to be a bit depressive.

So it's good to notice that,

So that if you start to have either of those feelings of being scattered or depressive,

That,

Oh,

I can just fluff my aura.

I need to get my energy running smoothly.

You can also notice if you're way out in the future and you're thinking,

And you'll find that your aura will be all out in front of you.

So just bring it back around your body evenly to come back into the present.

And the same thing is if your aura is all behind you,

You'll be thinking about the past.

So again,

If you find yourself thinking about the past,

Then just shift your aura.

Just be aware of it and bring it back around your body evenly to come fully present.

Imagine a big gold sun over your head.

And in that gold sun,

Put the energy of stability and playfulness,

Self-love and love of the divine.

Pop a hole in the gold sun and allow bright gold,

High vibration energy to pour in through the top of your head,

Letting it fill up all the cells of your physical body,

The space between the cells,

Filling your grounding cord and filling your aura so that you can have a sense of wholeness being present.
