Hello,
This is your introduction to the Intuitive Energy practice.
We'll be using these basic tools throughout the program,
And I hope you'll continue to use them not only in meditation,
But in everyday life.
We're continually creating and destroying in life.
This is energy in motion.
And that's how transformation happens in life.
That's how we change and evolve.
By learning to direct our own energy,
We're able to better understand our actions and interact with others in ways that we choose,
Rather than just being in reaction to what's around us.
We can be empowered in challenging situations.
So now I'll introduce you to the basic tools.
We will review them each day,
And I hope you will right away start to play with them in your daily life.
Sit with your spine upright,
Or lay down as long as you don't go to sleep.
You can use a wall or a chair if you prefer.
Close your eyes,
And bring your attention to the center of your head.
You find the center of your head by drawing a line between the eyebrows straight back and from the tops of the ears straight across.
Where the two lines cross is the center of your head.
This is a place just for you.
You can create heaven on earth right there in the center of your head.
Anytime things feel difficult,
Come into the center of your head and clean it up using a rose.
We'll use a rose to help us move energy.
The rose is a fairly neutral symbol for most of us.
Use your imagination.
Don't worry if you don't see anything,
That's just fine.
You might sense it,
Or just direct your energy to create a rose out in front of you.
Create the rose at arm's length in front of you.
And now let's make this one a sticky rose,
And I'd like you to run it right through the center of your head and let it collect up any energy that's not you,
Such as someone else's opinion or maybe someone's controlling type energy.
And then put the rose out in front of you and destroy it by tossing a little bomb at it or lighting a match and dissolving it completely.
Choose one method of destroying the rose and stay with that method.
Now from the center of your head,
Imagine a grounding cord,
An energetic cord from the base of your spine to the center of the planet.
Connect it to the center of the planet and imagine turning it on release,
Meaning that you can let things go down your grounding cord and they'll get recycled at the center of the planet.
This is you grounding your body and your energy in it.
It's a great way to get centered if you feel scattered or not clear.
From near the center of the planet,
Bring earth energy up through the bottoms of your feet,
Through the knees,
Hips,
Down the grounding cord,
Creating a connection with the earth.
Then reach way out into the cosmos and bring bright,
Sparkling cosmic energy in through the top of your head,
Down the backside of the spine,
To the base of the spine.
Pick up about 10% earth energy and bring this mixture of cosmic and earth energy back up the front side of the spine and let it pour out through the top of the head like a fountain filling up your aura.
This is you running your energy and working with all three doshas.
Anytime you don't feel well,
Just pause and ground yourself and run your earth and cosmic energy for a few minutes.
Then to finish it off,
Imagine a big gold sun over your head.
Put into that gold sun all the qualities you would like to fuel yourself with right now.
So it might be clarity and playfulness,
For example.
And always include self-love and love of the divine.
When you're ready,
Pop a hole in the gold sun and allow bright gold,
High vibration energy to pour into the top of the head,
Filling all of the cells of your body,
Filling the space between the cells.
Fill yourself up to the tips of your fingers and toes.
Filling your grounding cord and filling the aura,
The energetic bubble around your physical body and set that aura at about a half a meter or 18 inches around the body and have it be even on all sides,
Above the head,
Below the feet,
Front and back,
Side to side.
Open your eyes.
If you're ever feeling a little off,
Then continue to bring in gold suns for five minutes.
Keep bringing your mind back to it when it wanders and you'll feel better as a result.
