Now,
Let's begin.
Sit down.
Close your eyes with your spine upright.
Take a nice,
Deep,
Relaxing breath.
Bring your attention into the center of the head.
Destroy your grounding cord and make a brand new one.
Get your Earth energy running from near the center of the planet up through the bottoms of the feet,
Through the knees,
The hips,
Down your grounding cord,
Creating a connection with the Earth.
And reaching way out into the cosmos,
Bring bright,
Sparkling cosmic energy in through the top of the head,
Down the backside of the spine,
To the base of the spine.
Pick up about 10% Earth energy and bring this mixture of cosmic and Earth energy back up the front side.
And just let it pour out through the top of the head,
Filling up your aura.
And take some of that cosmic and Earth energy that's coming up the front side from the center of your chest,
The throat area,
The center of your head,
And your crown,
The top of your head.
And run it into the shoulders,
Down through the arms,
And out through the palms of your hands.
Turn your palms up and feel that if you've never felt it before.
These are your creative channels.
Now,
With your attention at the center of the head,
The Ajna Chakra,
Or the sixth chakra.
Generally,
From just below the eyebrows up to the top of your forehead.
This is the area of your clairvoyance,
Or your clear seeing.
And it's really nice to imagine it has a curtain.
And you can open that curtain.
So starting from the center of your forehead,
360 degrees all the way around,
Opening up the curtain of your Ajna Chakra.
And you're sitting right in the middle of that.
Now,
Just imagine out in front of you a chakra person.
An image that looks just like your body with these seven main chakras.
And have little white lights light up on that chakra person everywhere there are memories or impressions that say you shouldn't use your clairvoyance or your sixth chakra.
And just notice where those little white lights light up,
Representing impressions or memories that get in the way of you using your sixth chakra.
Create a rose out in front of you and use that rose to collect up those little white lights.
And put the rose out in front of you at arm's length and destroy the rose by tossing a little bomb at it or lighting a match and dissolving it completely.
Really.
And now,
Have little white lights light up everywhere there are impressions or memories,
Maybe from your family or from a religion that you might have been exposed to or even one you haven't had that much exposure to.
But anything that brings up fear about using your clairvoyance or the sixth chakra.
And again,
Create another rose and use that rose to collect up those little white lights.
And put the rose out in front of you at arm's length and destroy the rose.
And now,
Destroy the chakra person.
While sitting in the center of your head,
You can practice using the sixth chakra by just being aware of that soft voice when you have a feeling or you have a sense of things.
And just see.
Maybe it would be about interacting with someone else.
Maybe it would be just a strong feeling that comes.
Or maybe you look at someone and you're listening to them and you're really not sure if they're telling you the truth.
If you can,
Write down those feelings,
Write down that little sense that you have.
As you're in the center of your head,
Just notice if there's any voices or anything that tells you that,
Oh,
You can't do this.
Be sure to take that,
Put it in a rose and blow it up.
You can open the curtain of the sixth chakra at any time.
Create a gold sun over your head.
And in that gold sun,
Put the energy of certainty and clarity,
Playfulness,
Self-love,
And love of the divine.
Pop a hole in the gold sun and allow bright gold,
High vibration energy to pour in.
Let it fill up all the cells of the body,
Filling your grounding cord and filling the aura.
Set your aura evenly around your body.
And this will help you be present in your life.
I hope you enjoyed the practice.
Use your imagination throughout the day to access your intuition.
Be aware of your own energy and see what happens.
Until next time.
