Please begin with that track if you're new to the series.

Now,

Let's begin.

Sit with your spine upright,

Close your eyes,

And come into the center of your head.

Create a rose out in front of you at arm's length and use it to clean out the center of your head.

Let the rose collect up anyone else's energy that might be there,

Any negative thinking,

Or just anything you're ready to let go of.

Put the rose out in front of you and destroy the rose.

Let it be easy to move energy.

Today,

Let's take a look at your astral body as it relates to good quality and quantity of sleep.

It may also be called the energy body,

Or your spiritual body,

Or your subtle body.

It connects to the physical body with a silver cord at the navel in the third chakra,

Or Manipura chakra in Sanskrit.

It needs to be in harmony with the physical body and in good shape in order to have good sleep.

So with your attention at the center of the head,

Put your astral body out in front of you to take a look at it.

Let's do some repairs,

Maybe a rebuild.

If there are large pieces missing,

Then blow up the whole thing and make a brand new astral body.

It's just energy.

Otherwise,

Even out the energy.

Do any repairs that will fill things out.

It should look similar to your physical body and have all of the parts represented,

Feet and hands,

For example.

Then create a rose and clean off the silver cord and do any needed repairs on that.

The connection through that silver cord being clear is important.

Once you get it looking the way you'd like,

Then bring the astral body back into sync with the physical body.

This is an important point also,

As harmony between the physical and astral is all part of our experience in the body.

Good quality and quantity of sleep is one of the four pillars of health in Ayurveda.

Enjoy your sleep tonight.

Create a gold sun over your head and put into that gold sun the energy of serenity,

Harmony,

Gentleness,

Self-love,

And love of the divine.

When you're ready,

Pop a hole in the gold sun and allow bright gold,

High vibration energy to pour into the top of the head,

Filling all the cells of your body,

Filling your grounding cord and filling your aura,

Keeping it even on all sides.
