In this contemplation, we use the analogy of going to sleep as a tool to understand the "art" of letting go. When we are about to go to sleep, we abandon all the past regrets and future worries and embrace the peace of sleep. In this exploration, we invoke the same carefree attitude toward things we hold onto and abandon them lovingly. This might trigger a deep physical relaxation as holding onto various events and memories create tightness and release stress from our body.
