Consider what sweet clarity means to you with a sentiment.
Turn your attention to your breath and let out a soft,
Cleansing sigh.
Find release.
Find space.
Let this breath clear your path to serenity.
Inhale,
Empowering your intention as you build inner strength and recognize what has served you and what may be gently filtered away.
Let out a sigh,
Finding looseness in your muscles and creating more space.
Now,
Bring your focus to your head and mind.
Imagine your entire inner space.
It's a vast,
Glimmering,
Aquamarine sea.
Right now,
The surface may be a little stirred.
Busy thoughts or distractions and worries may have kicked up fine sediment from the ocean floor,
But gently,
Without judgment,
Notice the cloudiness.
This is not a problem.
It is simply the natural state of a mind that has been actively working and taking in maybe a bit too much information.
Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest as you inhale deeply,
Drawing in pure,
Refreshing air.
With an audible exhale,
Free yourself of the tightness that clutter creates.
Now,
Consider that peace is simply clarity discovered.
As you inhale again,
Imagine your breath transforming into a smooth,
Calming current flowing through your body and directly into your aquamarine sea mind.
As you exhale,
The current gently settles the water.
See the fine,
Dusty sediment of your busying thoughts as they slowly and effortlessly drift down to the ocean floor.
The energy of your breath acts as a perfect filter.
With each breath,
The water clears.
Inhale the purifying calm.
Exhale the residue of overthinking.
The effect is absolute and gentle,
Leaving behind a profound sense of inner clarity,
Revealing the true,
Vibrant aquamarine depths.
Now return to your own definition of sweet clarity.
Gaze into the deep,
Still center of your mental sea.
It is perfectly silent,
Completely transparent,
And shimmering with light.
The path ahead is simple,
The choices are visible,
And the noise is silenced as you continue to look through this lens of clarity.
Seeing and sensing the freedom it brings.
This is your sweet clarity.
Rest in this clear,
Beautiful stillness.
Enjoy this open,
Clean space.
Your clear mind is the still,
Aquamarine surface,
Reflecting a perfect sky.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Visualize future versions of yourself throughout the day,
Encountering the inevitable requests or demands,
Or things beyond your control.
And see yourself handling these.
Before reacting,
You pause.
You take a deep breath in,
And draw in that aquamarine light.
And as you exhale,
You see the clarity in your mind.
Feel how this simple act of internal purification brings instant peace.
It allows you to respond from a place of spaciousness.
Your thoughts are now distinct,
Like stars in a clear sky.
And you more easily may focus on one at a time,
With a sense of grace,
Ease,
And sweet clarity.
As we come to the end of this meditation,
Take one final,
Deep breath in,
And hold onto the feeling of spaciousness and the beauty of your inner crystal sea.
