So calming

Michelle, I commented on this a year ago, and did a repeat on this bedtime story all night. Slept soundly until almost 3am, then the youngest dog had to go outside so that was the end of sleeping. The oldest dog then decided he had to go too, just as I climbed back into bed. Finally got back to listening & didn’t wake until the alarm at 6:30am. Was a lovely bedtime story and definitely needed it to put me back to sleep for a couple of hours. Thank you kindly for helping me get some rest! .🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

I have trouble falling asleep, and without a meditation, it takes me 2-3 hours to fall asleep. This meditation is so calming, and is just so welcoming. The imagery is very soothing.

I could feel the sheepskin boots on my feet; I could hear the crunch of the snow; I could smell the confection frying at Beaver Tails; a unique experience of mindfulness. Best of all, I can listen to your stories over and over again and fall asleep 90% of the time.
