Sometimes mindfulness isn’t enough for us to let go of a sticky thought. We know we are lost in the thought but we can’t put it down. This is where Kindfulness comes in - kindness + mindfulness = kindfulness. When we see our experience through the lens of kindness it helps to open our hearts so we can let go of unpleasant thoughts and come back into the present moment.
