Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes,
Get yourself in a comfortable position
and follow your breath.
And taking a deep breath in
and just letting go of any tension that you may be holding on to at this time.
And just taking a moment to check in with yourself.
How do I feel today?
How does my body feel today?
And checking in with your mind,
With your thoughts.
What are my thoughts like today?
And if you do find any tension,
Stress,
Negativity,
Just breathe.
Take a deep breath and focus on that thought,
On that part of the body,
On that feeling,
Whatever it may be.
And on the out breath,
Picture yourself releasing it.
And just shedding the unwanted energies,
Thoughts,
Feelings that may be weighing you down,
Causing discomfort within.
And just choosing to love yourself just a little more today.
Choosing to listen,
To go within.
And choosing yourself.
And just dig a little deeper,
Scan your body once more,
Scan your mind once more,
Scan your heart once more.
And just keep releasing,
Keep letting go,
Keep listening,
Keep loving.
And now inviting in some assistance,
Calling forth your higher self.
And I want you now to visualize a soft white light shine above you,
Gently surrounding you now.
An even more weight of negativity is being shed,
Released,
And a sense of peace begins to take over.
Feeling a little lighter,
A little more open.
And feeling unconditional love from your higher self surround you.
Nurturing love and healing all around you.
And if there's something that you need help with right now,
Something that you may struggle to let go of,
Or something that you're struggling to let go of,
Or something that is causing distress within you,
Give it to your higher self.
Ask them to help you,
To help you heal it,
To help you release it.
Ask them now.
And more light surrounds you now,
Love,
More healing,
Support.
And ask now your guide for some advice.
Ask them a question about something
that may assist you in resolving something,
To give you guidance,
Clarity,
Peace of mind.
Ask the question and trust your intuition,
Trust what you hear.
And finally,
Is there anything else that you wish to ask your higher self?
Any more guidance or assistance?
And if you're not sure,
You can just invite them to heal
anything else that they may feel that you need healing with at this time.
And thanking your higher self for their love,
For their support,
For their assistance.
And just invite them to gently guide you throughout your day,
To send you messages and synchronicities that will help you achieve,
Thrive,
And feel love and supported.
