Lesson 1
Attitude Of Gratitude
This lesson will introduce you to the word gratitude and the way it functions in enhancing mood and feelings and the gratitude meditation included will support this. Recent research shows that gratitude for what we have can create acceptance rather than struggle and positively impact our visions and desires for tomorrow.
As we commence, we will explore the concept of gratitude and its significance in helping to build a cohesive and polite society. Additionally, we will delve into the therapeutic effects of gratitude and how it impacts our emotional state.

Soon, you will grow in appreciation of how fortunate you are, and you then make that room for more blessings to come your way.

Lesson 4
Grace Of Gratitude
Saying grace is considered a thing of the past, but just because it is past doesn’t mean it cannot be remembered. In this lesson, we will consider ways to say grace with gratitude and how it may enhance our feelings of well-being as we eat. Food is an important part of society and we often overlook it as a necessary ritual that we do three times a day yet we don’t see it as important enough to take some time to appreciate it. We will do a mindful practice around eating and bringing back calm to meal times.

The Small Things
Today, I introduce you to what I have called the MOM moments – Mini Observation Moments and the affirmation to help you lean into the small things and enjoy your day. Today, let’s give thanks for the small things you didn't notice.

Lesson 7
Self-Compassion
In this lesson, we switch from the outside to the inside and focus on ourselves. We ask the question, ‘Are you a people pleaser?’ Let's consider the kind and empathetic side of someone who possesses ample compassion for others, but they may overlook themselves and feel guilty saying ‘no’ to others.
If you are a people pleaser, you will learn how important it is to incorporate compassion into your morning so you don’t feel exhausted daily. You will listen to this healing meditation and learn to take time out and give back to yourself the same level of care and kindness that you give to others.

Lesson 8
Cultivating Compassion
This lesson is about dealing with a difficult personal relationship. To accomplish this, it is important to develop a sense of compassion that enables you to express kindness towards others genuinely. If you are likely to see this person every day, you must set a daily intention to heal that relationship at the start of your day. This could be someone you feel obliged to get along with out of a sense of duty. By engaging in this Buddhist practice of Metta Meditation, you can change the energy and foster greater understanding between yourself and others.
