Let's focus and look into ourselves and start to think about your breath and follow the breath in.

And as you follow the breath in and out,

Feel the ease that the breath is bringing to you and your body as it goes in and out again.

Give a small sigh before gathering the breath,

Breathing in,

Filling up and releasing as it goes out again with a small sigh.

Fill up one more time on your inhale and then release and relax with a small sigh as you tune into yourself.

Put aside all thoughts on the outside.

Focus on the inside.

How do you feel?

What are the sensations you are feeling?

Allow the breath to bring some peace inside and let that peace gather in your feet.

Feel the peace in your feet as your feet smile and relax.

Allow the breath to bring peace to your knees.

Feel the peace in your knees as they smile and relax.

Allow the breath to bring peace to your belly.

Feel the peace in your belly as it smiles and relax.

Breathe in and out.

As you breathe in and out,

Feel the peace in your arms as you breathe in.

Allow the breath to rise in your chest.

Allow the breath to bring peace to your chest.

Feel the peace in your arms.

Your arms are smiling and relaxing with peace.

Allow peace to gather in your shoulders.

Feel your shoulders as they smile and relax with peace.

Feel the peace in your neck.

Allow the breath to bring peace to your neck and a big smile of relief.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Let the breath rise to your head and your eyes and your eyes are gently relaxing and closing.

Inhale,

Exhale as you follow the breath.

Let the breath rise to your head and your eyes are gently relaxing.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Let the breath rise to your head and your eyes are gently relaxing.

Breathe in and out.

Feel the peace in your body.

Feel the moment in which you are releasing.

Feel the moment of relaxation and calm on the inside as you drift gently and slowly and soothing into relaxing and sleeping until it's time to wake.

You have left the outside behind and all there is is the inside and peace and sleeping and dreaming.

Relax.

Slowly begin to be aware of your breath flowing in and out the nostrils.

Take some time slowly to come back to yourself from that place,

That sweet place you know it's not far away and you can go there anytime.

Take it slow and breathe calmly.

Relax as you come back to your breath and your body and your space.

Take it slow.

Bring that relaxation you feel with you.

Take it with you.

Take it into the light as you become aware of your space from your body as you move and begin to come back to yourself as the music begins to fade away.
