So today we are going to focus on the light.
We are going to be lighting up our energy center,
Our chakras and sending it healing light,
Feeling and creating some beautiful light magic.
Some fantastic light,
Magical dancing light.
A healthy glowing light that will help us to come alive as we radiate and unite our energy centers.
You can start by imagining a warm being of white light entering your feet,
Coming up from the earth through your feet.
Feel it tingling your toes,
One by one.
Feel it tingling your toes one by one,
The smallness of the toes but the toes have strength to hold you up.
Feel the gentle slow glow moving up your legs to the first chakra,
The root chakra.
Now mentally imagine how this light will flow.
Imagine a glowing red light,
The glowing red light of your first chakra at the base of the spine.
Breathe in that glowing red light and place your attention on the root chakra which is your first chakra.
Imagine that light glowing red,
Breathe in that light.
Inhale,
Exhale the glowing red light.
And visualize how the chakra releases any stagnating energy holding you down,
Holding you back,
Just let it clear all of that up as you breathe in and out of the first chakra melting away any insecurities that may be there.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Now mentally move that energy to the second chakra below the navel,
The belly button.
Cover it with orange light,
Pure clean orange light.
Let it spin round and round.
Pure orange light.
Let's focus on our third chakra.
Focus on the yellow color,
Allow the intensity of the light to grow until you feel its vibration in every part of your body.
Imagine,
Imagine you can breathe in that yellow light.
Let it fill you up,
Fill up on that yellow light and feel it,
Feel the clarity it brings the awareness it brings,
Awareness to make you strong and confident.
Fill up on that yellow light.
Right now you are so powerful.
Feel that energy and that light surrounding you.
Now let's go on up to the fourth chakra,
Reaching out for love.
Breathe into this fourth chakra,
The heart emerald green light.
See that emerald green light as it enters the heart chakra,
Settles down and then expands into the heart and chest.
This is your inner light.
Your inner light,
Your inner life.
Try to expand this light from your heart into your whole being.
Open that light,
Feel the energy of that light spreading.
There is so much love in the light of the heart chakra embracing you.
Feel the light embracing you.
Feel yourself being embraced by the green emerald light of the heart chakra.
Now let us focus on the fifth chakra.
Think about the colour blue,
The colour of the sky,
The sea,
This light is now within you,
Within you,
Within the throat chakra area.
Lovely blue light of the sky and the sea,
Inviting expression as you feel the light of your voice,
Feel that pure truth that the throat chakra brings,
Feel that pure truth of the light,
Feel the tranquility that the light brings to the fifth chakra.
See it,
Feel it and speak it.
Time to focus on the sixth chakra.
This is the third eye chakra.
Let us work on the vibration in this area.
Feel the calm and the power of the beautiful indigo light,
The light of wisdom and knowledge and mysticism coming from the third chakra and that beautiful indigo light vibrating and glowing and pulsing.
Finally,
Bring the light to your crown chakra,
Your seventh chakra and at the top of the head make that light white,
A white spiralling light around the crown chakra.
Visualise how the light is moving and clearing on blocking this last chakra.
Let it create the beautiful,
Magical,
Energetic light and breathe in your crown chakra.
Let your breath proceed with the light in its natural rhythm as you allow your body to begin to relax.

See those colourful lights of the chakra surrounding you,

Taking away anything you do not want,

Feel your whole body lighting up,
All the chakras unlocked,
Enjoying,
Enjoying the pleasure of just being yourself,
Your light being self.
Now taking a deep breath through the nose and exhale through the mouth with a long sigh.
Now again imagine all the colours glowing,
All your chakras glowing as they become balanced and healed,
Healed with the light.
Imagine the light pouring in and out of every chakra.
Imagine the light pouring in and out of your whole body surrounding you and feel,
Feel your body accepting and surrendering to the peace and the light.
Feel your body accepting and surrendering to the peace and the light.
Now again imagine all the colours glowing,
All your chakras glowing as they become balanced and healed,
All your chakras glowing as they become balanced and healed.
Now again imagine all the colours glowing,
All your chakras glowing as they become balanced and healed,

Now again imagine all the colours glowing,
