This is the second course of six courses focused on postnatal practices. The chakras are associated to different areas of the body as well as different energetic qualities. The second chakra is associated with change, creativity and sensuality. Physically it is associated with the pelvis and lower belly as well as the womb space. In this course you we will learn ways to strengthen your connection to your sensuality, creativity and an ability to flow with ease through changes.


Meet your Teacher

Anna is a certified Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist, and has additional training specilising in Postnatal Rehabilitation. She is also working towards her Trauma-Informed Somatic Coaching certification. She combines her deep expertise in yoga and somatics to empower women on their journey to healing and self-discovery. Passionate about supporting mothers, Anna is dedicated to helping women regain balance after birth—physically, emotionally, and energetically. She firmly believes that a happy world begins with happy communities, which are built on strong, nurtured families. And for families to thrive, caregivers must be cared for and care for themselves. Through mindful and somatic practices, she guides parents toward this essential balance, helping them cultivate resilience, connection, and well-being.

Lesson 1

Somatic Mountain Pose, Moving With Creative Flow

Today I'll be sharing with you a Somatic meditation, starting with our feet rooted in mountain pose before gently flowing with the rhythm of your breath. Feeling into the connection and sensation between the spine and pelvis. A way to connect to your creative flow. Tadasana means mountain pose, invoking the sensation of strength and being grounded, whereas moving somatically requires the ability to 'go with the flow' when we can tune into our strength and ability to be grounded, we have a better chance of being able to flow with change. In this embodied practice we will nurture our ability to flow and be unapologetically creative with movement. Connecting to the inner flow and moving with it over time can cultivate the body confidence, sensuality and creativity.

Cultivating & Embodying Joy

Welcome, beautiful mama. In the swirl of motherhood—with its rhythms, demands, and deep love it’s easy to forget the parts of ourselves that long for joy, creativity, and pleasure. This module is an invitation to reconnect with those parts. Together, we’ll explore: Glimmers – those tiny moments that spark safety, delight, and lightness in the nervous system. The opposite of triggers, glimmers are your body’s gentle reminders that you’re safe, held, and alive. Joy – not the big, loud kind that demands energy you don’t have—but the quiet, nourishing kind that bubbles up when you feel connected, present, and open. Through gentle practices, reflections, and movement, you’ll learn to notice glimmers in everyday life, welcome joy back into your body, and awaken your Svadhisthana chakra—without needing to “do” more.

A Movement Meditation Of Sensuality

Welcome to this gentle and short yet effective practice — a sacred space for you to reconnect with yourself. Whether you choose to experience this as a movement meditation or simply visualise the flow, this practice is an invitation. An invitation to return to your body, to your breath, and to the parts of you that may have been quieted by the rhythm of motherhood. This is a time to awaken and celebrate your sensuality, your joy, your love, and your vibrant, feminine energy. It’s a space to honour the woman you are — beyond the roles, beyond the responsibilities — and to move or imagine yourself moving in a way that feels nurturing, freeing, and true. Let this be a celebration of you.
