You learn to: - Understand that grief is not as something to fix or 'get over', but something to live alongside - Reconnect with breath and body to create steadiness in moments of overwhelm - Explore yogic perspectives on impermanence, attachment, and inner resilience - Use short practices like grounding, So Ham meditation, and mantra to meet difficult emotions when they arise - Reflect on legacy, love, and the sacredness of continuing to live with an open heart Each session includes a talk or practice that meets you where you are in your grief journey.
