A beautiful course on very difficult emotions. Ingrid guides us on a path to be and live with grief and all its accompanying feelings and thoughts. It's a relief to let go of the "I need to do something in order to make these feelings better or not feel them at all" and be able to simply sit and be with whatever arises. Thank You 🙏🏼
