Ranjith Vallathol is a Neuroscience coach, certified in yoga and meditation, with a academic qualification in psychology. He has guided over a thousand clients through a deeply integrative approach that weaves together the principles of modern neuroscience, therapeutic psychology, and ancient yogic and spiritual wisdom. His work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when science, spirituality and soul come together, offering practical tools and deep inner transformation. This is the second Inner Child course I have done and this was a bit shorter than the previous one, however it helped to make new connections to my Inner Child. Hi Ranjith, I thoroughly enjoyed this course. I feel that I wanted more out of it because I was enjoying it very much. I will listen to your audios and continue to practice working symbiotically with my inner child. I did write a letter from my little Aimee to my current self. I read it to my husband and my best friend. It was emotional and healing sharing that with them. I will continue to practice and to share with others the importance of understanding their relationship with their inner child. Today in the meditation I was skipping and holding hands with my little Aimee. We are both happy and in love with each other. She knows I'm going to take very good care of her now.
