Namaste and welcome to the Manifestation Meditation.
Most mystical ancient scriptures talk about the power of alignment and intention.
Jesus Christ has said,
Ask and it shall be given you.
Seek and you shall find.
Knock and it shall be opened unto you.
The nearly four thousand year old yogic scripture,
The Brihadaranyaka Upanishad says,
Sya thasankalpatsatha srishti,
Which means as a man's deepest intention,
So his reality.
Our external world is a reflection of our internal world.
To find love outside,
One needs to cultivate love within.
To become rich,
First the subconscious needs to feel abundant.
Close your eyes now.
Take a moment to sit in silence.
Observe.
By closing your eyes,
We enter our world within.
Visualize the posture in which you are sitting.
Now take a deep,
Slow inhale and follow it up with a slow,
Relaxing exhale.
Let's do that again.
Deep,
Very slow inhale until you fill yourself up till the lungs and an intentionally slow exhale.
Feel the touch of the body on the mat.
Visualize roots going down from your body into the earth.
Deep,
Strong roots connecting to the mother earth,
Nourishing you,
Supporting you.
It is most likely that the thing you want to manifest is not in your physical world right now.
You're going to create your future first in your mind and then in your physical world.
You are now the creator,
The architect of your life.
Aging does not work if you come from a place of lack.
So let's first begin by acknowledging what we have in our life right now.
Feel the gratitude for simple things like the eyes that give you the magic of vision,
The plate of food in front of you,
The roof above your head.
Feel grateful for everything in life.
I will give you a minute to really connect with the blessings in your life.
Be a fearless soul.
The entire cosmos is in your favor.
All that nature does is respond to your vibration.
With a deep inhale,
Visualize in your mind's eye the event,
The circumstance or the person,
The thing that you want to manifest.
Identify its quality.
What does it look like?
What does it feel like?
How does having it make you feel?
Give words to your feelings.
And feel each of those words right now.
Visualize and feel as vividly as you can.
Now visualize yourself in a space of great emptiness.
This is the field of infinite intelligence,
Of unlimited possibilities.
You're in this space.
Open your right palm and imagine a pot of seed in it.
Now repeat your visualization with as much clarity as you can.
How does the having of it make you feel?
Give it a quality.
Give your feelings a name.
Feel it from within.
Visualize the seed in your palm glow with your intention.
Now sow the seed in this magnificent field of possibilities and let it go.
Visualize the posture that you're sitting in and gently withdraw the roots from the earth back to your body.
Let's breathe slow and easy.
For the rest of the day,
Be the person you want to be.
Be abundant.
Be love.
Be success.
Be whatever it is that you want to be.
Your only limitation is your restrictive beliefs,
My friend.
But remember,
The source of unending nourishment is in you.
The spark of divinity is in you.
You are abundant.
Namaste.
