Through guided meditations and reflective practices, we'll explore the impact of this absence, work through grief, and develop tools for self-fathering and defining your own masculinity. Remember, while it's not your fault you didn't have a father, it is your responsibility to shape your life moving forward.


Meet your Teacher

Andre is a dedicated health coach, personal trainer, and men's group facilitator with a unique background that bridges the corporate world and holistic wellness. Currently training as a health psychologist, he brings a multifaceted approach to understanding human behavior and facilitating personal growth. Drawing from his own journey of self-discovery and his experience in high-pressure corporate environments as an architectural technologist, Andre has firsthand experience with the impact of unconscious patterns on professional and personal life. His transition from the corporate world to health and wellness coaching was driven by a passion for helping others navigate their own paths to self-awareness and emotional regulation. As a men's group facilitator, Andre has guided numerous individuals through the process of uncovering and transforming unconscious patterns. The content was well compelling but poorly executed. The audio transitions were abrupt and distracting. There were edit moments where you could hear slivers of other audio was cut out, cut over to one channel (left) vs the other (right), or change of background music, most weren’t smooth or didn’t sound intentional. Secondly, even though I did have a father, he was absent emotionally. I listened anyway out of curiosity as absence of strong parental figures is key to my healing. I felt that the practice could have much wider appeal than how it’s focused today. Consider a title adjustment.
