Note down any thoughts that come up but stay connected to your breath. If those thoughts flutter away, that's okay allow them to and give yourself some grace that in time they will return. Begin by finding a comfortable seated position.

Closing your eyes and taking a few deep breaths.

Feel your body waking up.

Bring your attention to the new day ahead of you.

Visualize the sun rising.

Bringing light and clarity.

This is a fresh start.

This is a fresh start.

A chance to set the tone for the hours to come.

Set your intention for how you want to feel and what you want to accomplish today.

See yourself moving through your day with purpose,

Presence and positivity.

Now recognize any worries or tensions that are lingering from yesterday.

Acknowledge them and consciously release them.

Let them dissolve away leaving you feeling calm and centered.

Bring your focus back to your breathing.

With each inhale breathe in peace and renewal.

With each exhale breathe out any negativity or heaviness.

Imagine your mind is like the clear blue sky.

Open and expansive.

Any thoughts that pass by are just clouds drifting by without affecting the sky's vastness.

Return again and again to this sense of open awareness.

See yourself moving through your day with clarity of mind.

Lightness of spirit and openness of heart.

Picture yourself calmly handling any challenges or surprises with wisdom and grace.

As you near the end of this meditation commit to carrying this mindset with you.

Keep your sense of inner calm,

Focus and positivity present.

Take a deep renewing breath.

When you feel ready gently open your eyes.

Feeling grounded,

Centered and prepared to take on the day with your best self.
