Women often don’t want to trouble their doctor about menopause and will accept hot flushes, mood swings, and sometimes weight gain as inevitable side-effects. You can’t avoid menopause – but you do NOT have to suffer! In this course, you will learn what happens in your body, and which side effects and health risks are linked to menopause. And then we start talking about all the things you can do to feel amazing again: How your foods impact your well-being, and your weight and reduce your side effects. We will go through the all-important lifestyle changes and I explain exactly what you can do to help your body and mind.

Carola Becker is a certified Nutritionist, Fitness Instructor, and international speaker. She runs a wellbeing consultancy in Great Britain working with clients all over the world. Her passion is the brain and how we can support our mental health! Among her crucial subjects, menopause holds significant importance, influencing both mental and physical well-being, now and in the future.
