Today's lesson involves fun, skillful solutions to cope with being distracted and a short attention span. Audo the down dog really likes to chase shiny toys around the house, as he usually feels really wiggly and wants to dart about all day, even when his parents tell him to, “relax!" Together, we are going to do some counting breaths and fold forward like a down dog, to focus our attention, calm our mind down, and like Audo, help us learn the “right” times to wiggle.

In today's session, we find courage and unlock our super powers, to become much less anxious. Together, we will teach Moksha The Mouse how to take a break, calm the mind, and explore the treasure map of the body, with a Dolphin Breath and a simple movement experience that will transition into a meditation to find new possibilities. This practice offers skillful solutions to cope with being uncomfortable and how to de-stress when we are wound up and frustrated with our parents or friends. In today's lesson, we help Buzzy the Bee work in the garden and cope with bouncing back from making a mistake. Buzzy feels stuck when things don't go her way and she has challenges with letting go. Because of this, she ends up hiding in her hive all day and feeling very sad. Today, we will join Buzzy to do some focused attention breathwork and Lotus Flower pose, transitioning into a calming meditation in the garden to find resiliency and to adjust to every day change. This practice will leave you feeling relaxed, calm, and super.

Sleepy Nighttime Tree Fort With Hani The Silly Monkey
This meditation offers Hani the Silly Monkey skillful solutions to cope with having a hard time falling asleep. Hani wants to go to bed but his brain is working overtime on new skills and things he learned during the day. So much activity makes it hard to sleep and the more sleep he loses, the more irritable he gets. In today's practice we are going to create a tree fort, do a simple forward fold movement, download our thoughts into a bucket, and do a deep breathing body scan practice to release our concerns and let go of our muscles to relax for the night. Then, we can wake up refreshed and ready for a new adventure.

Today's lesson offers Dancer the Seeker skillful solutions to cope with her racing thoughts. Before bedtime she feels overwhelmed and can’t get her mind to relax and slow down. Then, she makes herself wide awake, her heart races, and she gets worried she won’t ever get to sleep. Instead of tossing and turning all night, Super Stretch has some fun tools from the super kit to help you, Dancer, and your kiddo relax, calm down, tap into their life force and feel super. This meditation offers the Hero Twins good solutions to cope with being left out of games at school. They feel like, “Everybody but me gets to play ball.” Instead of thinking, “Everybody is playing ball and I AM going to join them.” The Hero Twins find it challenging to be grateful for all the good things in their lives and often get down on themselves. In this lesson, Super Stretch provides some fun tools from the super kit to help you, the Hero Twins, and your kiddo relax and calm down. We will do three-part breaths to focus our attention, and some Hero movements to create and experience a new ending, conquer fear, and get anxiety off our chest.

So, just like a car she gets stuck and runs out of gas and has a mini-meltdown. In today's lesson, we will start with Bunny breaths to focus our attention on a simple movement, before laying down to do a relaxing meditation to learn how to focus on one thing at a time.

Rock feels muddy in his thoughts and has challenges with his confidence. This makes him feel frustrated and quiet. Together, we will use a breathwork practice where we smile, listen to our pulse, and then create joy and space through a simple movement experience ending in a visualization. Wiggle, Jiggle & Giggle Breathing Practice With Happy Baby
Kids get so worked up, they often forget to breathe. When kids have challenges with breathing, they start to think and react erratically, often becoming panicked. This doesn't help them to be the super hero’s that they are. This final session is a way to cope with stress and encourage children to not hold their breath. Breathing practices are the most effective calming skill around. In this lesson, we will do an easy 'Book Breathing' breathwork practice to cultivate focused attention, and a giggle inducing movement experience with Happy Baby, to bring wholeness and happiness. The aim is to invite our little ones to listen to the rise and fall of their breath, as they inhale and exhale peace.
