Feel yourself supported as you go up and up and up into the beautiful blue sky.
The gentle wind is on your face.
It almost feels like you're riding on air.
But you can see the puffs of white clouds all around you,
Holding you up,
Guiding you.
Breathe gently as you travel through the sky and look around for a minute.
See your town,
Your friends.
Maybe you see a mountain or a lake.
Maybe you see a bird soaring through the cloud.
Feel yourself relaxing from your yoga adventure that you just took.
Ahead of you is a colorful rainbow.
And you can see that your cloud is going to travel right through the rainbow.
As you begin to pass through each color,
Feel that color wash through you and over you and around you and above you and below you.
Feel the happiness that each color brings.
Feel the lightness of a big red balloon.
Smell the perfume from a bright orange flower.
Bask in the warmth of a hot yellow sun.
Jump high with the green frog.
Float on a cool blue ocean.
Touch the top of a majestic purple mountain.
And just smile.
Feel really at ease from all the happy sensations.
Once again,
You and your cloud are traveling through the sky.
And now the cloud is beginning to lower you gently down,
Down,
Down to the ground.
Let's take three deep breaths together.
Just inhaling and exhaling.
Inhaling through the nose.
Exhale through your toes.
Inhale through your back.
Exhale through your legs.
Inhale through your shoulders and your heart.
And as you exhale,
Breathe out,
Feeling every part of your body taking a sigh of relief.
And here we are,
Back down on the ground again.
Without even saying a word out loud,
Just say thank you to yourself and the cloud for such a special ride,
For such a magical journey.

Feel this huge smile on your face.
Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
And stretch out with a deep breath.
