Hello,
My name is Tia and welcome to this offering,
This offering of insight and the practice of being the observer.
These past few months,
I have been through such a tornado,
A letting go,
Vast change,
A pruning.
I mean,
Everything has fallen away and amongst all of this,
I have really sat with the observer,
Observing the storms,
The emotions,
The heartache,
The loss of a life I thought I had all planned out.
You always have a choice to be in the storm or sit back and observe it with faith,
With trust that you are always going to be exactly where you need to,
That life loves you,
You are not forgotten.
This is all happening for you,
Even when it doesn't seem like it.
So,
Closing your eyes,
Drop down into your heart and just feel the air move in the tip of your nose,
Follow it into the heart and then feel the air slowly fall out of your mouth as you unclench your jaw and do that for a few more rounds through the nose,
Into the heart and out the mouth.
As you breathe out of your mouth,
Releasing the tongue from the roof,
Allowing the jaw to completely surrender and as you do this,
You will start to breathe deeper into your wound space,
Relaxing the whole body with each breath and then allow the breath to just move in and out through the nose as you surrender into your natural rhythm and begin to rest your forehead,
The corners of your eyes,
Your cheekbones,
The sides of your neck,
The back of your neck and feeling the breath in the center of your back,
Flowing with ease behind the heart as you become aware of your arms resting,
The muscles in your arms softening,
The flow of blood into your fingers,
The heartbeat,
A pulse there in your fingers,
In your toes,
In the soles of your feet to pull you in even deeper now,
Into your sit bones,
Your tailbone rooting down towards the earth as you really feel how held and supported you are,
Allowing the earth to meet you as you meet the earth.
You are exactly where you are supposed to be.
You belong here.
You are not the roles you play in your life.
You are not your emotions or your thoughts.
You are the observer beneath them.
So really be here,
Sitting in the seat of your mind,
Observing the flow of breath,
The movement of your body and how supported you are.
You are the observer.
That's the true you.
Can you be with her?
Can you allow life to move like water without gripping,
Without attaching?
You always have you.
Notice your in-breath.
Can you notice the space that's holding you?
Can you feel your own energy and the energy of the room?
Acknowledging anything that has come forward at this time.
The stable earth is always within you,
No matter what has fallen away outside of you.
There is a clearing that happens.
And although it may feel raw and barren and vulnerable,
There is space.
And the stable earth within you is the observer.
And she's always there.
So sending yourself some love,
Some gratitude for showing up,
For being here amongst any storm you may be moving through.
I hope you have the most beautiful rest of your day.
And until next time,
Thank you for being here.
