Welcome to this intention meditation.
Before we get started,
Begin to roll your shoulders back for three,
Two,
One.
Opening up your heart space here,
Rolling your neck a few times to the left,
To the right.
Begin to do any movements that feel good,
Releasing,
Relaxing,
Letting go of anything outside of this moment,
This space,
Disconnecting from the mind.
And when you're ready to find stillness,
Taking a deep breath in through the nose,
Filling up your belly,
Your chest.
And exhale out the mouth,
Letting everything melt away for a while.
And again,
Breathing in,
Really expanding your belly,
Your chest.
And exhale,
Sink in deeper and deeper,
Feeling the earth beneath you,
Holding you.
Take a few more deep,
Slow inhales,
And long,
Slow exhales,
Really calming down your nervous system.
Energy follows intention,
So let's set our intention from a beautiful space within.
Feeling your heartbeat now in your chest,
Allowing the breath to find its natural rhythm.
Sink in to the energy of this day,
Listening to all the sounds that surround you in this moment,
Noticing life happening,
The aliveness of you in this space,
And gently begin to bring forward our intention for today,
To receive,
To stop chasing,
And allow ourselves to simply be in our essence and receive love,
Light,
Energy,
Money,
Friendships,
A hug,
Anything that comes to mind at this time,
That comes to your heart.
Noticing yourself,
What you need to receive in this moment,
And within this space,
See yourself seated amongst wildflowers all around you,
Noticing butterflies floating from one to the next,
And see yourself begin to go after this butterfly,
Trying to capture it,
And notice how they all scatter away,
So you see yourself begin to take a seat against the earth,
And just breathe for a while,
Closing your eyes and connecting to your heart,
Your essence,
And feeling all the sensations of this day,
From the sunlight on your skin,
To the sounds that surround you,
And before you notice,
Butterflies begin to arrive and land on you,
You receive their gentle kiss against your skin,
As they float around you,
Feeling safe,
Welcomed,
Received.
Notice this energy of receiving,
That you being in your essence,
Your love,
Your joy,
Your peace,
Allows all that you desire to come to you,
Without force,
Without controlling,
Without chasing.
How can you embody more of this energy in your life?
How can you tune inward to what feels good,
Versus how things look in the moment?
Take a deep breath in,
A deep breath out,
And gently,
Once again,
Feel a ground beneath you,
Holding you,
In all that you are,
In all that you're here to receive.
Notice all the sounds that surround you,
Once again,
Your heartbeat in your chest,
Feeling the most calming sensation wash over you.
You are guided to all that you wish and desire to receive.
