This is an intention-setting guided meditation to start your week clear and connected. Within these mini-meditations, I will be offering up intentions to come back and connect with, as you move through your day. Living intentionally creates shifts and changes in your life because you are coming from a place of responding vs reacting to life's circumstances. Connecting to an intention creates space and new opportunities in your life because everything starts within. I hope this can be a place you come back to over and over again to change your life's pattern toward what you love and desire to create. This week’s intention is to “Trust The Process”. Welcome to today's meditation,

Trusting the process,

Finding a comfortable seated position,

Rolling your shoulders down your spine,

Relaxing into the surface below you,

Allowing yourself to be held and relaxed from head to toe,

Placing your palms open to receive any guidance you need at this time in your life,

Relaxing all expression in your face,

Your jaw,

Remove the tongue from the top of your mouth,

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out,

Really elongating your exhales,

Doing a few rounds,

Really arriving into this day,

This space.

It's not always easy to trust the process,

Especially when we feel like the rug is pulled underneath us,

Especially when we are free falling deeply within an ebb,

As there are many ebbs and flows and some bring you down to your knees,

Completely surrendering.

And within that space,

It really challenges us to sink deeper,

To trust and believe that we are guided,

That we will not only catch ourselves,

But bounce back,

Expanding further beyond what we thought was possible.

So if you are deep within this ebb,

Free falling,

Allow yourself to be where you are,

Present and aware of anything showing itself.

What is coming forward as you fall,

Self doubt,

Worry,

Fear,

All these emotions and experiences are valid,

But within this space,

It's important to face them,

To find the beauty in this free fall,

This space that's being created for you and with you,

To move forward into this next chapter,

This next version,

This next expansion of you.

As you meet yourself deep within any darkness,

Be there fully surrendering,

Be there fully finding joy in the simplest of things,

Counting your gratitudes,

Focusing on what you do have,

Focusing on feeling good within yourself,

Despite the circumstances that may fall and crumble.

You are guided on this journey.

You are divinely held.

So within this space,

Begin to visualize yourself floating on your back down a stream,

Noticing that you may bump into a rock or two,

But that the river keeps on flowing.

Allow yourself to relax from head to toe in this space,

Feeling the warmth kiss your skin of the sun,

The sounds of life,

Of birds,

Nature guiding you deeper into yourself,

Deeper into trust and flow in your life.

Nothing always serves.

Every rock,

Every turn is guiding you towards the ocean,

Towards the deepest parts of yourself,

The expansion of you,

The vastness and limitlessness of you.

As you float down this river,

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Can you feel yourself expanding in this space,

In the spaces of constriction,

In the spaces where air has left?

Can you be here fully in all that you are in this season of life,

Breathing fresh new energy space,

Expanding your capacity to feel,

Expanding your capacity to hold what's next?

Breathe in to the belly deeply and completely,

And exhale out the mouth,

Feeling your belly move inward.

Notice yourself relaxing every single part of you,

Loosening its grip,

Force,

Control,

Feeling the blood begin to circulate like the rivers and the tides of the water,

Allowing yourself to be fully immersed in the body in this moment,

Carrying this vision throughout your day,

Throughout this week,

Allowing yourself to fully surrender and pray when you need guidance and strength,

That you are not alone,

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Relaxing the space between your eyebrows,

Your jaw,

The tongue from the top of your mouth,

Your shoulders down your spine,

And the space between your sit bones and the cushion,

Allowing yourself to melt in to this day,

Realigned with a new perspective on where you are in your journey,

Your beautiful,

Unique unfolding of your journey.

Listen to the sounds,

Smell the air,

Feel the temperature on your body,

The texture of the clothing moving with your breath,

Placing your palms over your heart space,

Just giving yourself a moment,

Sending the most loving energy towards your heart,

Towards all that you've been through,

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out,

And taking your time,

Gently wiggling your fingers,

Your toes,

Rolling your shoulders back,

Embracing,

Embracing all that's in front of you,

Open,

Connected,

Sending all my love.
