Starting out by fully arriving with a deep breath.
Noticing it move in through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
Fully arrive with each breath.
Settling down,
Breathe in,
Noticing your in-breath.
Breathe out,
Noticing your out-breath.
Notice your energy.
Notice the temperature.
Notice your thoughts from a distance.
Ask yourself,
Check in,
How are you?
How are you?
Normally positive thoughts,
A positive way of looking at life goes hand-in-hand with gratitude.
Gratitude,
The love for all the things that you are able to do.
All the things that you have right now can be as simple as being grateful for this time away to disconnect from all the noise.
To having food,
Water,
Hands,
Legs,
The ability to smell and see and feel,
Laugh,
Hug,
The ability to love and receive love.
Positive thinking correlates to gratitude.
Positive thinking correlates with who you choose to surround yourself with,
The environments you place yourself.
So simply notice your thoughts.
Notice,
Reflect on how you have been feeling without judgment.
It's not realistic to always be positive,
But we can do our best to become mindful of when our thoughts are negative and the impact that has on our well-being and the well-being of those around us.
Breathe in,
Noticing your in-breath.
Breathe out,
Noticing your out-breath.
Feel the rise and fall of your belly.
Notice the rise and fall of your whole body.
Bring your awareness to your third eye,
Even with your eyes closed,
Looking up and start to visualize light,
Golden warm light,
Moving into your third eye and in and through your entire body,
Washing away all negativity,
All toxins,
All aches and pains.
And as this clearing is happening,
Simply notice the rise and fall of your breath and feel your entire energy,
Your thoughts start to shift as you pull this golden light in and around your entire body.
And breathe in,
Breathe out and simply sit in awareness of all the light within and all around you.
Feel the wavelengths of this golden healing light,
Like sun beaming in and all around you,
Up-leveling your entire frequency.
This is very powerful.
Simply breathe and sit in this pure awareness of light.
Simply notice how your whole mood,
Energy,
Frequency has shifted.
Notice your thoughts.
Notice your heartbeat,
Your breath.
Notice how you felt when you first sat down.
Notice how you feel now.
And simply breathe in,
Being aware of your in-breath.
And breathe out,
Being aware of your out-breath.
No light is always within you.
You just have to bring awareness to it.
Raising your palms above you,
Bringing them together.
Bow down to your heart.
Open your eyes.
And have the most beautiful,
Peaceful day.
