Welcome to today's intention meditation.
Find a comfortable seated position on the ground,
On the earth,
With your spine lifted tall,
Tailbone curled downward,
And move your heart forward,
Rolling your shoulders down your spine.
Begin to relax all expression in your face,
Your jaw,
Removing the tongue from the top of your mouth,
And just taking a deep breath in,
And a deep breath out,
Arriving into this moment.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Noticing anything within moving through you,
Acknowledging it,
Feeling it,
And releasing it,
Letting it go.
Like a wave gently passing through your body,
Letting it go,
Letting it go,
Letting it go.
And just coming back to the breath,
Moving in,
Moving out,
And all the sensations that you feel in this moment,
The sounds,
The temperature on your skin,
Any scent in the air,
And noticing your heartbeat in your chest,
The aliveness of you in this moment,
Opening yourself more and more with each breath.
Today's intention is to release,
To release any emotions within.
Sometimes we hold our emotions back or suppress them within us,
And this can manifest as many different symptoms in the body,
In the mind,
And today's intention is to be gentle with yourself and release,
To release the pressure,
The heaviness,
Any masks or roles you've been playing,
Letting that all melt away,
And giving yourself the time to feel,
Release all emotions within.
We are always doing the best we can with what we have available to us.
So first start off by giving yourself some grace,
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
And then slowly begin to visualize some form of water out in front of you,
Whether that be a waterfall,
An ocean,
A lake,
Or a stream,
Something that first comes to you,
That first calls to you in this space,
Representing your emotional body,
Your emotional needs at this time.
And whenever you are ready,
Gently enter this water,
This healing,
Beautiful,
Vast water that flows just like the breath,
Moving in,
Moving out,
Allowing yourself to fully be submerged into this healing water,
Feeling it move through your entire body from head to toe,
Allowing yourself to relax and release,
To be held in this water,
This space,
Feel any stagnant energy,
Anything within that no longer serves you,
Release at this time.
And as you feel and witness emotions,
Notice them like waves passing by,
Allowing them to be felt and released over and over into this water,
Allowing yourself to feel lighter and lighter with each breath,
Repeating this mantra,
I love you,
I'm listening,
I love you,
I'm listening.
Really creating a space that feels safe for your body and your mind to let go.
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
And gently begin to see yourself leaving this water,
Thanking it for all that it's done,
All the clearing that's occurred in this space,
All the emotional release,
The energetic release of the pressure,
The weight,
The heaviness,
Allowing yourself to feel the warmth of the sun kissing against your skin,
Warming you from head to toe,
Uplifting your entire frequency to be that of love and light.
And slowly coming back to the breath,
Moving in,
Moving out,
The ground beneath you holding you,
All the sensations of this beautiful brand new day that surrounds you.
It's a fresh,
Clean slate to begin again and release any time things feel too heavy.
Knowing that you don't have to carry it,
You are safe to feel all the experiences you move through,
And you're not alone in this healing,
In this journey.
Rolling your shoulders down your spine,
Taking one more deep breath in and deep breath out,
Releasing a gentle sigh,
Placing your palms over your heart space,
Sending love and light to yourself on this journey and all who need it.
And whenever you are ready,
Gently open up your eyes and have the most beautiful day.
