Welcome to today's intention setting meditation.
Energy follows intention so before we get started do any movements to open up your heart space.
Maybe rolling your shoulders back a few times,
Lengthening your spine tall and curling your tailbone down towards the earth,
Rotating a few times,
Moving any stagnant energy or any energy that wishes to be released at this time.
Allow it to flow through you,
Letting it go and find stillness.
Closing your eyes,
Relaxing all tension in your face,
The tongue from the top of your mouth,
Letting it go and rolling your shoulders down your spine.
Feel the ground beneath you holding you.
Breathe in,
Exhale,
Release and sing in to all the sounds of this beautiful new day and the energy within this day.
Feeling the rise and fall of your belly,
Your chest as the air moves in and moves out.
And slowly within this space,
I offer up the intention this morning to be gentle with your heart,
To forgive yourself for the past and anything you've been carrying in your heart space.
Be gentle with your heart knowing that you always are doing the best you can with what you have available to you at this time.
So within this space,
Place your palms over your heart and take a few deep breaths,
Just listening to your heart,
Stating the words,
I love you,
I'm listening.
I love you,
I'm listening.
Welcoming the most beautiful softness,
This opening in your heart.
And just notice what moves through as you set your intention to be gentle with your heart.
We are so hard on ourselves.
And sometimes we just need this moment of grace,
Of gentleness,
Love.
Loving all the parts of our journey of ourself.
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Feeling the most calming energy washing over you from head to toe.
A warmth in your heart space for this time with your intention for this day.
Feeling once again,
All the sounds that surround you,
The ground holding you in this moment.
Noticing any shifts as you bring your intention forward throughout this day,
Throughout your life.
Bring in this feeling of feeling lighter and lighter with each breath.
Allowing that to carry you in moments that are tough or difficult or heavy.
