Welcome to today's intention meditation.
Finding a comfortable seated position,
Really lengthen your spine tall,
Your head tall towards the sky,
While at the same time curl your tailbone down towards the earth,
Rolling your shoulders down your back and move your heart space forward to be open and able to receive the intention.
Relax all expression in your face,
The space between your eyebrows,
Your jaw removing the tongue from the top of your mouth and take a deep,
Slow inhale and a long,
Slow exhale,
Really grounding into this moment and the energy within this day with each breath.
Before we set our intention,
It's important to really arrive into today,
Breathe in,
Filling up your belly and exhale,
Feel your belly move inward,
Sinking deeper and deeper into this moment and begin to expand your awareness by listening to all the sounds that surround you,
Really tapping in to this day,
And then feeling the temperature on your skin,
Clothing against your body as you breathe,
Noticing your heartbeat in your chest and take one more deep breath in,
Deep breath out and anything that's moving through you at this time,
Any stories at play or anything outside of this moment,
Just notice it like a wave passing through,
Acknowledging it,
Feeling it,
Letting it go and coming back to the breath,
The body and all the sensations of this moment.
Today's intention is to slow down,
To really take your time,
To embody all that you wish to receive instead of chasing.
Today's intention is to really take in all the details of each moment,
To flow with the rhythm of the earth and allow yourself to arrive where you need to go at your own pace.
Sometimes we get caught up,
Almost tunnel-like vision when we're moving towards a goal or a vision for our life and we create these thought patterns of what's next or wanting more and that really takes away from what you are building and creating because you're stepping away from the present moment,
From this space and time with yourself where it all stems and begins and grows from.
So today's intention is to really slow down and tap in to the frequency of the earth,
Stop chasing and thinking too far ahead of yourself.
Can you be where your feet make the earth today?
Can you sink in to all the senses of each moment?
See yourself laying on the earth in this space,
Just relaxing for a while,
Tapping in to this frequency,
This energy of the earth,
Allowing yourself to breathe and be one with this day,
This energy,
This moment,
Breathe in,
Breathe out and now see this vision,
This embodiment of the earth,
Slowing down,
Moving towards your heart space,
Planting it deep within all the layers of your heart like a gardener plants a seed deep within the earth,
Aligning your mind,
Your body,
Your energy,
Your spirit with today's intention.
Take another deep breath in as you place your palms over your heart and a long releasing exhale,
Thanking yourself,
Thanking yourself for showing up and living and being intentional with your time.
